Pricey for what you get

Not enough parking for the hotel. We opened the sofa bed and found a dirty sheet, ewww just gross! Which is rather sad since when we got back to the hotel on the second day we had to wait while not one, not two, but three maids cleaned our room. You would think that one of them would have thought to check the sofa bed between guests...just in case. The jetted tub is too short for even a person of 5'4" to enjoy. And the maneuvers to get the bathroom door closed because there isn't enough room between the counter and the door is crazy. Do away with the jetted tub with the dirty, gross jets, and reconfigure the bathroom to more user friendly space. Free breakfast for a full hotel...it was impossible to for the two staff members to keep food stocked. The three staff members sitting at the deserted check-in counter needed to take initiative and help out with the breakfast area.

We appreciate you taking the time to show us how we can improve. As General Manager, it is obvious I have opportunity for additional training for my staff. Again, I do sincerely apologize and I hope for in the future you will allow us another opportunity to serve you better the next time.
