Fridge door would not stay shut. Had to prop something up against it in order to keep the door shut and fridge contents cold. Bathtub water was very slow to drain. Inside overall was old and beat up

Floor had not been vacuumed, I asked the front desk to take care of it the next day because we where their for 2 days. Second day no vacuuming either. The sink handle kept popping off. Again no real fix, just a friendly guy at the desk that needs to get his house keeping folks in line. Inspect the room after they clean and let them know to redo...etc.

Nice comfortable beds with 4 pillows. Building is older but maintained. Good bang for your buck! Breakfast,Hot Tub, Pool on site. Would stay again.

Everything was generally as I expected. Comfortable, clean room. Convenient location in town of Hurricane. If you plan to use guest laundry facilities, note that they are outdoors, and require $4 in quarters for washer and for dryer. That's 32 quarters! Front desk may or may not be able to provide this.

They had signs saying 'no pets' in the office door and inside the office, however upon check-in there was no issue, we paid per night fee for the dog as Expedia had described and stayed happily with our buddy. There were also several other dogs in the hotel so don't let the signs deter you!!!

This was terrible. I paid almost 200.00 a night and it was dirty, had blood stain on the wall, garbage tossed behind the dresser and the bed was hard as a rock. I ended up not staying for my second night and took the loss on what I had paid in advance.

Nice place and staff
Was overall a nice stay. Good value. For the price I paid you cannot beat it. Basic hotel. Has breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Easy parking. Convenient location. Nice tv with great movie channels. The only thing Is I wish the sink was a little higher up to accommodate those with back problems and/or who are taller.

We stayed for a pit shop overnighter and the only thing my kids wanted to do was swim. I didn’t realize the pool would be shut down for the season. In the description at the bottom of listing it said “seasonal pool”. My fault for not checking usually I see “pooled closed” listed on places so I didn’t catch that. The adults were looking forward to a good hearty breakfast in the morning, but it was just carbs and sugar no kind of protein. Which is great for kids who like sugar cereal and waffles. We ended up just packing and hitting McDonalds down the road (not much better but there’s eggs and sausage lol). So probably not one we would stay at again, but- for a short stay to sleep the rooms were clean and beds comfy.

Pleasant Stay
The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The A/C unit worked great to keep the room cool in the night. The breakfast was typical for what you would expect.

I found a dead cockroach on the floor. The towels are old, thin and fraying. The people above us were loud. We could hear their heavy footsteps and conversations late into the night and early morning. The free breakfast was probably the only good thing about this place. Staff was nice.
