Upon our late arrival, we approached the front desk and encountered a less-than-friendly receptionist. It seemed apparent that our late check-in had inconvenienced him, as he displayed visible annoyance. As if that wasn't enough, we had brought extra guests with us, for which we were asked to pay an additional fee. Naturally, we had some questions regarding the charges, but the receptionist's agitated demeanor made the situation even more challenging.
Regrettably, instead of calmly addressing our concerns, the receptionist grew increasingly irritated and abruptly told us to leave the property. We expressed our willingness to pay the required extra amount, but it seemed futile as he refused to engage in any further discussion. Consequently, our entire family was asked to vacate the premises.
I feel compelled to inform future guests that if they encounter an individual with a parrot perched on their shoulder, they should be aware that this particular staff member may negatively impact their stay with his rude attitude.
While I understand that late check-ins and additional charges can be inconvenient, it is essential for hotel staff to maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous service to ensure a positive guest experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.
I hope that the management addresses these issues and takes the necessary steps to ensure that all guests are treated with respect and hospitality, regardless of the circumstances.
