“The rooms were dirty and in need of a deep clean, the teenage staff behaved immaturely, and the pools and hot tubs were the dirtiest I have ever seen (only one was swimmable). At one point, I spoke to a room staff member who did not speak English. I will not be returning to this resort and I felt cheated by my stay there. Traveling takes time and money, and when a resort advertises amenities that are not clean or functioning properly, it detracts from the overall experience and expectations.……

“Everything was absolutely wonderful. It couldn’t have been any better, it far exceeded my expectations. Their breakfast that is included with fresh eggs and cinnamon rolls was fantastic but don’t forget about the snacks they have provided for you also. They came in handy with all of our hiking. I will definitely be staying with them again on my next stay.”
