The hotel staff was friendly, room was clean & the beds comfortable. However, we could hear every word the very large family next door said late at night & early in the morning. That wasn’t great. The pool & hot tub need repairs, and the pool needed cleaning (lots of hair in it). We were there for 3 days, and there wasn’t any clean pool towels, and dirty ones were laying around. Pool bathroom out of toilet paper and paper towels, so clearly that area is not cleaned & maintained each day. B’fast was decent, with a basic selection. Limited options if you are dairy free (we have 1 in our family that is dairy free, and we bring food, but it would be nice if there was something besides sausage that was DF.) The eating area has plenty of seating, and the manager was working hard cleaning tables as people left. Location is convenient off of the freeway.

This place was pretty good. Second time we have stayed here. I think the late check out is a bonus but the housekeeping kept coming back regardless. I also believe that the cleanliness could have been better. There was a few hairs in the sheets of one bed; which is inevitable at times but still saw 1 or 2. I also saw an empty soda can under the bed (it was not completely under since there is just a ledge). I think in the future it would be nice to have a cleaner bed and floor. Overall I would come again.

Great place to stay
Hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The area seemed very clean and safe. The hotel was right off the freeway and easy to get to. We will stay here again.

Great location, easy access to Interstate and main highways. Close to shopping and dining. Hairs in the tub (not mine, they were there when I got there) crumbs on the floor from previous customer. Desk clerks were excellent.

I am very sorry you didn't approve of the 2 room suite upgrade I gave you because of the situation. I had hoped the 2 king bedrooms with pullout sofa in the living room along with the 2 jacuzzi tubs and full kitchen and dining area would have been enough to make amends.

This was a great property and my kids loved the pool. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained. I have two small gripes. The first is I noticed our bathroom was a little dirty upon arrival. (Hairs n the tub and corners missed) The other thing was I had booked a sweet that sleeps six (with a sofa sleeper) with myself and 5 kids on the reservation. It was after 11:00 pm when we arrived kids were tired and I didn’t want any issues so I double checked we had a sofa sleeper so I could get kids right to bed. She confirmed but when we got into the room there was no bedding for it. I feel like the front desk should have immediately sent bedding or at least asked if we needed bedding since she knew there was none in the room. Luckily I came prepared with a couple of blankets that worked for bedding. Those little lack of attention to details is what makes it a 4 star instead of 5 star hotel for me.

Great hotel in every way
Fabulous stay! We will gladly stay here again! We ended up here on a fluke after our originally booked hotel ended up having a broken elevator and the only room they had for us was on the 4th floor. We had far too much with us to be making trips up and down so we opted to find another hotel. Although this was 10 miles away from our event we were going to each day (for 5 days) we were MUCH happier here and would do it all over again. First the staff was so nice, everyone we had contact with was polite, accommodating and friendly. We had our puppy with us and they were all so friendly with her. An added benefit for me was being able to find something to eat at breakfast! I have dietary issues and usually can't eat much of anything at the breakfast bars, i was incredibly pleased they had boiled eggs! One of the few things i can have because I'm in control of what is put on them. The chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon was an addded bonus. I could only have a small bite but my husband loved them. And the water in the lobby and workout room were nice too. The pool was great. Grounds were manicured nicely and always clean for my puppy and the other dogs too.

1 night stay. I arrived passing 5pm and no one was at check in. About 2 minute later a female walked in to fill water and then walked away. Came back and just said, "name of the reservation " no greeting, no "thank you for waiting, nothing. Conversation was short and awkward. Room was clean but the shower head was detached from wall. Bed was comfy and very quiet.

Stay was great! Clean, safe, staff amazing! Great location for Utah exploring, short drives to cool things in all directions. Would totally stay here again. 35-40 min drive to Zion made for amazing relaxing mornings before adventures. Leave just as the sun rises, you will have a magical experience!
