I am very sorry we did not meet your expectations. We did recently complete extensive renovations of our property and everything was replaced. Our double queen rooms do not have sofa sleepers, but all of our king rooms do. We do automatically service stayover guests on the 3rd morning of their stay, but we are more than happy to service guest rooms more frequently if requested. This has become an industry standard across most major hotel chains. Again, I am sorry we did not meet your expectations and it is our hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you.
