I was expecting having cleaning service the next morning. I was surprised when I went back in the afternoon, the sink area was dirty with the dirty towels. We had to request new towels, usually they knock on the door to ask if we need service and that never happened.

Registration was easy; the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The sink stopper wouldn’t let the water drain quickly; I hate standing water in a sink. The refrigerator never got cold enough to put our cooler items in it. The door was difficult to get the card to open it.

The property itself is an older motel, the rooms are moderately run down. The beds in our room were squeaky, the mattresses were pretty shot, and the toilet is so low to the ground it's like a kid's toilet. The room comes with a fridge and microwave which is nice. We did find some stains/spots on our cover blankets, and the tile floor made our feet really black so I don't think they've mopped in a while. The pool was pretty nice, but a little dirty.

The refrigerator didn't work. I had to pull.it out and find a different plug. Toilet seat was broken and fell off. Shower base was disgusting. It was soft and creaked, very noisy. I took photos of it all. I will be requesting a refund or compensation of some sort!

The satellite tv was on the Fritz 2 of the 3 nights. The desk guy tried his best but he was the only one there that could handle the problem. Short staffed. Place could use an upgrade. You get what you pay for.

Pool was nice and heated, room above us was very loud. We could hear walking and jumping. Beds weren’t comfortable, woke up with sore backs. Key card only worked sometimes.

First room the plumbing wouldn’t drain in the sink because the mechanism for the plumbing had rotted out. It was so loud, you can hear the next rooms as if they are right beside you. This hotel could use some updates for sure. Pool wasn’t overly clean. The staff though were super friendly and seemed happy and always willing to help with a smile on their face.

I travel with my family for a tournament I original booked my stay in a different hotel however the previous hotel was filthy I cancel my stay and found this amazing hotel staff is amazing keep my room Clean as well at the front desk check in and check out was so easy and fast the guy at front desk was very profesional and helpful , rooms very clean have a good smell overall my experience was great don’t look any more further this is the hotel you need.
