Really nice room. Too much light to sleep tho. Our room also had some street noise.

Nice Hotel

If you want to save some money on a hotel for Zion national park, this is a perfect place. About a 45 minute drive to the park but saves you big in the hotel cost.

Comfortable with a well kept pool

Pros: It was clean and well kept.
Cons: nothing in particular
Location: We were there to golf and the courses we chose we close by.
The facility was as advertised and as reviewed. You don't always get that so I'm happy when I do.

I will never stay there again

Check-in was pleasant and the room was clean. Those are the only nice things I have to say. The bed was very uncomfortable, the fan on the heater and air conditioning system was super loud and made a grinding type noise. The blow dryer did not work, I callled the front desk and let them know I had wet hair and needed a new blow dryer and waited all morning. No one came to help. I was very disappointed. I have stayed at places that are much less money and been completely satisfied. I did not like my experience at all at this place and will never stay there again.

Nice and clean but stuff doesn’t work

The staff was friendly and did well to accommodate us. We asked for a portable crib for our baby because we forgot ours. They had one but it was in disrepair and we had to jimmy-rig it up just so she could sleep on it. The cable wasn’t hooked up and after about 15 minutes of troubleshooting I was able to get it working. The phone didn’t have a lan line cable or a power cable so the only way to call front desk was the 800 number with our cell phones. The alarm clock made weird static noise randomly throughout the night and we eventually had to unplug it. Besides those random weird things the experience was good and everything else was great.

not good

Pros: not much at all
Cons: everything
Location: right by the freeway and was at least close to a Dairy Queen
clerk at check in was good - clerk at check out was not. We stepped into the tub to shower and thought we would fall through. We then tried to sleep but all we heard was the guy on one side of coughing and spitting and the other side had the TV up and we could ear that as well as ours. We turned the fan on to help drown out the noise and that helped a little. Horrible room but was clean at least.
