Rude management

Sorry but was not treated very appropriately by the management , the rest of the staff was excellent. We had asked if we could cancel our last night to return home sooner(after 4 nights stay) and was treated poorly by the management staff. Rude comments. Room was nice , pool, hotub was nice. Called both choice hotels and Expedia and they attempted to co tact the manager who denies our request but had no problem placing a 95 $ cancellation fee on my bill . Good thing I looked at it . So no we won’t be staying there again , plenty others are willing to change and help accomadate the travelers .

It was convenient for eating and going to Tuachan

Pros: convenience and cleanliness
Cons: Bigger beds (queens were a little small for bigger people).
Location: Everything was close. There are restaurants, theaters, the Temple, just about everything we wanted to do was close to this hotel.
The room was nice and had a great pool. It was central to all the places we wanted to visit.

Nice hotel with professional, friendly staff.

Pros: Cleanliness Rates were very reasonable Free breakfast Friendly staff
Location: Close proximity to Zion National Park and many state parks. Tuacahn Theatre is also only a short drive.
Excellent place to stay and reasonable rates. The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, and the full breakfast was definitely a benefit. The staff here were very professional and friendly. Check-in and out went smoothly with no issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Fair hotel,close to airport.

Desk clerk was alone on duty so check in was SLOW. Pool had garbage floating in it, asked at the front desk for the pool to be skimmed and was told there was no one, had to do it ourselves. Free breakfast opened too late for us, had to leave for a flight before we could eat.
