Passing through St. George

Pros: Good location, helpful staff.
Cons: Publish on line that they charge extra for rooms on the first floor.
Location: Zion National Park, Gold Butte.
Decent stay, they only real complaint is that they charge extra for ADA rooms on the first floor. If that legal?

Clean Older Hotel

The staff was friendly. The lady that checked us in was very nice. For an older hotel, the rooms were clean and in good enough shape. The small refrigerator in the room didn't work and the light in the bathroom kept going out, even after having a hotel staff person come and check it. The free breakfast was very nice and filling. I would stay there again.

I have stayed at the Bluff Comfort Inn on several times an have always had a good experience.

Everything was great..úntil I went to bed.

The bed had several broken springs and everytime I rolled over...there was a clunk. I'm not picky when it comes to beds...Im pretty much able to sleep anywhere. I slept on the edge (what sleep I had)..the next morning I informed the staff that the bed (closest to rhe window in room 129 had broken springs. He wrote something in a notebook...but never offered an apology or even seems like they cared.

Do yourself a favor-STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Old, dated, dirty, holes in walls and a dishonest staff! Wore a brand new pair of shoes from my bedroom 2000 miles to this place where I took them off. Stupidly, I forgot them and called 2 hours later to report only to be told they weren't found. I was assured housekeeping was 'honest' and that they would double check and call me back- it never happened. This place needs some very serious attention all the way around. You can do much better for the price. I'm a frequent traveller who knows.

Room affordable, but super humid

There is no way to open a window in this room and the fan/AC didn't do anything to stop the humidity within the room. It was not humid outside. We had to keep the door open the whole time we were in the room which was uncomfortable and not private.

It was a good location, easy to get to. The room was good but the bed was not the most comfortable. Good room for the price.

St. George one-night accommodation

Very courteous, prompt and friendly staff, kept breakfast room well stocked, enjoyed strawberry pancake-like waffles, boiled eggs for a welcome change. Free daily newspaper & news tv on in lobby, entertaining while you wait. Nicely decorated room, comfortable beds. Fridge a little noisy coming on and off frequently; I couldn't find off switch, kept me awake several hours. But we would be happy to stay there again. (Repair on wall near bed furthest from door needs to be redone.)
