This is a nice place. The rooms need to be renovated and fixed. The doors and walls don’t look the best due to cracks and damage as well as the carpet is not looking clean in the rooms with all the stains. Those need to be deep cleaned or replaced badly. There was a live earwig in my bed. That freaked me out. The pool area is nice and so is the breakfast area. Over all I would give it a 3.5 star. They did question my daughter about the pool and if she was a guest when she went alone to ask where it was. I think if they are worried about that they should put a key card reader on the door to the pool so you have to have it to get in and out.

This was a perfect location to stop on my way to Zion. Right off the freeway, but still quiet. It’s your basic motel, but room and grounds were clean and had a great breakfast included.

I had requested a main floor room but none were available. Fair enough. The room we got on the second floor was probably the worst room in the hotel. There was a couple of burn marks in the sofa and the door was difficult to open. It was on a main corner so it was noisy

For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was close to the highway and downtown St. George, as well as Starbucks. The main restrooms in the hotel weren't very clean and the "heated" pool was cold.

The location of this hotel is great. But the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off the walls. There was some brown stain on the wallpaper behind the toilet. (I 'd hate to think what that was from!) And the non-slip mat that goes in the shower was covered in black mold on the back with the suction cups. yuck! that can't be healthy!

Staff were helpful and good, and it was clean. The bathroom was very tired, as was the carpet. Modern-looking desk chair almost fell over backwards, and hurt my back, when I sat in it, as the peg that was supposed to hold the back in an upright position wasn’t engaged. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, and the dining room isn’t big enough to comfortably accommodate the population.

. We stayed in Room 242 and 240. The paint on the walls were peeling, carpet was old, the in room coffee was not the greatest. The breakfast eggs might have been instant eggs, just add water. Over all it was not a bad stay but then again it was just average for the price. This hotel is in need of a facelift and serious upgrades. The rooms were just not inviting (furniture and wall paint).
