Bathroom door hits toilet

The bathroom door literally hit the toilet and you had almost an inside the tub to shut the door. The shower for tall man it's like buddy taking a shower in elf. They waited the clean my room almost till 4 everyday and Miss cleaning that one day. I never take all my trash away until I set it outside my last night. The locks on the door very loose. Jacuzzi in the tub didn't work

Pros: The price.
Cons: The breakfast area needs to be much, much larger! Or, serve breakfast until 1030 on the weekends? Also the room was very dark!
Location: Red Hills Desert Gardens is awesome! Pioneer Park was also really fun.
Pool and hot tub way too crowded to enjoy. Never got a chance to enjoy pool table or ping pong- way too many people. Breakfast was a joke. Food was okay but buffet area was beyond crowded and not well stocked-plan to buy your own breakfast somewhere else. Room was mostly clean but very dark and crammed with old furniture. Front desk staff were very nice.

Horrible rooms

Pool was fine and location was good however, the room was horrible. The shower's water temperature fluctuated from hot to cold constantly, there is mold in the shower, and our sink wouldn't drain very well. It's a motel, not a true hotel (entrances for 95 percent of the rooms was from the outside).

Dissappointed

Location: Eating Establishments.
The room was one of the most unsatisfactory rooms I have ever stayed in. The toilet rocked like a rocking horse,they should have provided a seat belt. When the door closed it barely cleared the toilet. The sink drain was cracked and filthy. The Drapes had holes in them. I was told where the thermostat for the heater was located upon my checkout. The heater sounded like a truck was driving through the room. Not the room I would expect for $$$. I will not be back.

Room smelled like old mildew shoes

Could not stay here due to moldy room conditions. Had to cancel and go elsewhere.

Nice hotel in good area

Older rooms and hotel, but kept up quite well. Towels were dingy...dirty looking and unpleasing.

Hotel was outdated, but staff was excellent.

Pros: Staff
Cons: Update hotel, a better breakfast buffet (especially the weak coffee).
Location: Great location!
The hotel was very outdated and the free breakfast was not very good, but rooms were clean and staff was top notch. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and the ease of check in was a bonus.

It was nice to have 2 counter spaces with sinks and mirrors. It makes getting ready with a family easier and more efficient.

My guess is the room is not used often. The room felt like it got lost in the 80’s. Lights didn’t work and those fixtures that did had multi colored bulbs. The staff was very kind and polite and we are not ones to complain so we just laughed about it but if I am honest I don’t see myself ever staying here again and if I owned the building I would want to know.

Christmas break , quick trip for the Children !

Pros: Clean and friendly staff , close to shopping !
Cons: Easier access to upper floor
Location: Golf courses , shopping , restaurant.!
Had a great time , children enjoyed swimming pool and hot tub , we loved the staff and property and Restaurant ! We will stay there again !
