Pros: Location was good to everything
Cons: Almost everything including the service
Location: location was very good and easy to get to
Could not check in until mid afternoon, and the room was not vacuumed every day, sinks were not cleaned, tub not cleaned, toilet did nor flush properly, chairs were stained dirty and the door lock did not work properly until we fixed it. front desk staff not very helpful with any type of directions, told to google our questions.

Lodging for Huntsman GamesPosted Oct 14, 2015
Pros: Cost, breakfast and location.
Cons: Some repair work would be in order as well as a warning stripe on the edge of the walk in front. With the yellowish lighting I stepped off and rolled.
Location: Lots to do and see.
Good price, waffles for breakfast and more. Fine location for town and 45 minutes from Zion. Older building and TV but if you are going to camp out in your room I don't know why you left home.

Tired old hotel.Posted Jul 19, 2015
The lobby is tiny so it surprised me that is where they serve the free breakfast. We opted to dine elsewhere as it is dingy and had a weird smell. The bedroom reeked. Not of an old hotel but of old diapers. There was hair on the "clean" towels and around the sink. It was dusty and the lighting was awful.

Bed for the nightPosted Jun 12, 2015 on Hotels
We stay at this hotel often when we visit St. George. It is an ok place to stay. Not the best condition but for a couple of nights in town for sports events it is ok. Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired but the hotel offers a 15% discount arrangement with Denny's a block away so that works better most of the time.

Has potentialPosted Apr 24, 2015
LOVE the staff and the location! But the place needs A LOT of work. The owners need to seriously invest money into this place, it has a lot of potential to be a nice place to stay. This motel is fine if you're looking for a place to just sleep and shower at a low price, but if you actually plan to spend time in the room and be comfortable without your socks and shoes on, I recommend spending more money and staying in a nicer place.

The television was old and the picture was poor. The only channel I wanted to watch was not working all the time. There wasn't a clock in the room. I asked for a wake-up call but I received none. The air conditioner blew in my face in the closest bed so I had to move to the other bed so my eyes wouldn't dry out so much.
