Ok for short overnight stay: amenities older, a bit used and narrow. Bath tub would not drain.

Fair room, but don't pay a lot for it

Pros: On the Blvd
Beds were very uncomfortable. Shower was not good.

Overall - Satisfied

The staff was amazing, the room was clean ( except for our shower which was in horrible condition ) the grounds & pools were clean, lots of parking. Overall I was very satisfied with the stay.

Hotel close to the start of the Tour de St George

Hot water was limited. Lamp next to bed was not plugged in as plug socket was behind bed. ‘Breakfast’ not available until 7. Would be nice to have coffee before that time. The location is good for restaurant choices.

The reception staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice, but the room was not great and the bathroom needed a update.

Horrible room worse customer service.

Stains on all seating areas. Smelled like cigarettes and the strongest odor of cat urine, made my eyes water from the smell. No way am I going to let my family stay in this room. I called the fron desk immediately, he hung up on me. We went down to the office and he refused to help us. No other room was offered, no discount nor refund. It was 9:30 on a Saturday night the weekend of prom, and there was supposedly no manager or anyone of authority on site to actually perform customer service. Never again will I trust Expedia, and never again will I go to this hotel. The description is no where near what the room actually is. We walked out and paid full price for a room we were in for 5 minuets. As I said it was prom, so there was no rooms available at the 13 other hotels we checked. So my daughter, my husband and myself had to try and sleep in the car in a Walmart parking lot.

Hotel was ok say for the stay

The breakfast could have been a better verity if things to choose from. They need an elevator for people who have a hard time with stairs. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was not the friendliest. Need to be more cheerful and happy with customers. I would stay again there.
