When we were first assigned our room we were not pleased. There was no light coming in the window because there was another building right there. And the room hadn't been cleaned. But after going back to the office they offered us another room similar lodgings or an upgrade at no additional cost. The complimentary breakfast didn't have many options. It did serve waffles which were yummy. But you did have to wait your turn since there was only one waffle iron.

Excellent value for the money

Posted Aug 20, 2016
Really good experience. The room was clean and comfortable the staff was pleasant and it even included breakfast. And all for $51 for the night including taxes. It's not a Hilton garden inn but you're not paying their prices. If you want a clean safe hotel cheap in st George I'd recommend them.

Great place to stay in St George

Posted Aug 16, 2016
Pros: I liked the small cottage feel of it, the staff.
The Gentleman at the front desk, from tabasco mexico, was a very nice man. He was fun to talk to and very helpful with checking in and explaining where our room was. Also, in the morning at the continental breakfast, the gentleman setting that up was very pleasant as well.

Center of St George

Posted Aug 8, 2016
Pros: Location, Price
Cons: Parking. Power outlets in rooms.
Location: Ancestor Square. Restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance.
The Inn is in the center of St. George, Utah near the intersection of Main Street and St George Boulevard. Although rather dated, it is kept up well. What it lacks in newer amenities such as adequate power outlets is made up for by a warm welcome. The parking leaves something to be desired (unless you arrive early and stay put) but there are many things within easy walking distance.

The hotel was close to restarants,

Posted Jul 22, 2016
Pros: close to restarants
Cons: cleanliness and more amenities in the room, and more food for the breakfast.
The room was not clean, the floor and tile in the bathroom was dirty. Bed was lumpy. This was suppose to be handicap room but there was a bathtub with a shower and no way in or out without breaking your neck. There was no coffee maker or hair dryer and the breakfast was pitiful and if you did not get there within 10 minutes of the doors opening everything was gone!

Thank you for your comments, we appreciate your feedback. As an older hotel we are always striving to improve amenities and cleanliness. We will look into the issues you mentioned and address them immediately. In regards to our continental breakfast, we can only offer so much due to the structure of the building, however we have someone on staff at all times to replenish the food as it is eaten. We will look into any discrepancies and correct them. Thank you again for staying with us and hope to see you again on your next visit.

Not worth the price! Paid $68 but it's worth $40

Posted Jul 5, 2016
Pros: n/a
Cons: complete remodel
Room needs serious updating - the curtains were falling off, the beds were so uncomfortable. We had to sleep on the opposite side of the bed (feet) since the bed was at an incline on the headboard side. Room was old and smelly. Too many options in St. George to have to settle for this. We will never make this mistake again!

Thank you for your feed back and we apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We are in the process of replacing all the curtains in our rooms and are sorry you weren't in a room that had that finished already. We also hope you reported the bed issues to the front desk so you could have been taken care of better. We hope you'll give us another chance on your next visit to So. Utah.

Nice people. Low quality rooms.

Posted Jul 4, 2016
Pros: The staff was great. It was quiet. Centrally located.
Cons: Better pest control. Better lighting. Clean the AC units!
Location: Google St. George and you will find an array of things to do.
The check in and checkout were flawless and it was nice to see smiles. The housekeeping folks were also friendly. At first glance, the room was clean. That night, however, we were counting the bugs. Anything past one and my opinion drops quickly. The AC unit smelled like mold. The fixtures in the bathroom are new, like they are really trying. The lighting is poor. There is a lamp on the table, which was fine, but the light switch at the entry turned a very dim light at the back. The pool is crystal clear, but not heated. It is also quiet, which was a nice surprise. I have stayed in St. George for less money and had better quality rooms.
