Second time we've stayed here and we do like the hotel but we were extremely disappointed this time by the housekeeping staff. We had a 3 night stay and at check in were asked if we wanted our room serviced daily. We asked that the room not be serviced after the first night as my wife was ill and we had travelled a long distance so didn't want to be disturbed. We also put the "Do Not Disturb" card on the door but that didn't stop housekeeping from banging on the door before 9am and even when instructed through the closed door the lady unlocked the door and opened it in an attempt to still enter the room. She finally got the message after poking some sort of electronic translation device in my face and left. Next day the did not attend to our room at all, even though we removed the do not disturb card and left the room before 9:30am. They were actually servicing the room next door when we left!. We returned to the room late in the afternoon to find the room not serviced. We contacted the front desk for and explanation and were only given a hesitant appology. Because the room hadn't been serviced for 2 days the trash bin was full so we put it in the hallway beside the housekeeping cart the next morning thinking they would take it but no....it sat there for the entire day. Only other fault was we booked an executive suite which was nice apart from there being about a dozen air conditioning units right outside our bedroom window which were extremely noisy.

I always get great treatment when i stay here. My parents live down the road, so the location is perfect for me.
