Fantastic stay again!! Very clean and well maintained facility! Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of hot water! Safe and convenient location and always friendly staff! Yummy warm free breakfast served each morning! Love staying here when I visit St. George!

The rooms smelled horrible. It appeared to be a very old building. We requested a second room and it hade coke spilled over the heater so when we turned it on it really smelled. The eggs in the morning were floating in water! I felt sorry for the staff. They must not have the help they needed.

I have shared your remarks on your first room to our maintenance team to investigate the smell, as well as your remarks on your second room to our housekeeping staff to wipe down the AC unit. Our breakfast attendant has urged us to share any negative feedback regarding breakfast to her, as she is always looking to improve, and I will share your feedback with her. I am sorry that you felt our staff did not have help.

Hotel was very clean, staff was accommodating when we needed things. Breakfast was great! The pool area was nice and we really enjoyed the workout room. We felt housekeeping was annoyed by us asking for additional shampoo, towels and that we were not ready to checkout when they knocked on our door at 9am. (Checkout was 11am)

The check in was very pleasant with lovely attentive staff. The room was clean, large and well appointed. We went for a nice walk and found a pretty bike path west of the property that took us by the river and past baseball fields- very nice!

Much nicer than some of the other hotels in the area. Very clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. We were in a bind last minute and so grateful we found this place because the other choices were less than ideal. The bed is so comfy too. Would definitely stay again

Our king executive suite was fantastic, it was so comfortable and well laid out. The breakfast was marginal but all in all we would stay here again!

Staff were very nice and helpful. Good, quiet location. Breakfast choices were awesome with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, waffles, and more. Room could be a llittle cleaner. They missed vacuuming food from under the footrest by the chair and tub could be cleaner. Bed was very firm for our preference.

The front desk was great when we checked in. We arrived pretty late and she was very helpful in recommending which nearby restaurants were still open. The room was clean and well kept. Only two issues; it was a room thst sleeps six, but there were only 3 bath towels and wash cloths. The bedding for the sofa bed was not in the room. When i called the front desk they were alone and could'nt leave to bring us the items so I had to go down to the front desk to get them. Not a problem going down, but not sure why they weren't kept in the room like most hotels. Breakfast and breakfast staff were great.

Nice property but, location on Brigham Road was very difficult to get to. Did not like location. Had difficulty getting to other parts of St. George. Will not stay here again because of location.

We’ve stayed here several times for the location. It’s away from the hustle of downtown St. George, but not too far away. We love Bear Claw Poppy and you can ride from the hotel to there. And we’ve used Walmart so many times for last minute things which is across the street.

The panic bars on the south end are very difficult to push in, they need to be looked at, could be a liability.

Our room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The TV wasnt working at first, Kathryn and Em were very sweet and prompt at getting it fixed. Hot tub was definitely hot and exactly what we needed. The heated pool was a big perk, being mid March. They did have a ping pong table as well.

Everthing was great except the pool and hot tub. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was so hot you couldn't get in it.

Our hot tub cannot go higher hotter than 105, and I do believe we have it set to 100 to 103 degrees per standard, but I will have out maintenance team confirm that. I let the staff know that the people in the room above us were noisy. They acted as if they would not put anyone in that room the following night. No such luck. There was just as much noise the following night. I wish the front desk staff had let us know they probably would need to book the room and suggest that we look at an alternative solution. Very disappointed with them, and will not stay there again.

I do know that when you brought your complaint to the front desk, you were offered a room move to the top floor - which you declined - and were informed both times you came to the desk that the hotel is going to be sold out and will most likely not be able to avoid putting anyone above you. I'm sorry to hear that you will not be back, and wish you the best on your future visits to St. George.
