Nice hotel close to stores and restaraunts

We stayed here for 3 nights on a holiday weekend. It was nice-clean, friendly staff, average breakfast. Nothing to complain about. It would be nice if they had a secure storage area to check bikes. We hauled them in and out of the room everyday since we didn’t want to risk them being stolen outside. A service elevator would be good too. There were a few times customers were waiting for an elevator and staff butted in line.

Let down by staff

Unfortunately this amazing property was key down by staff - from the surly check in to the inability to use the lifts in the afternoons due to beer my clogged up with housekeeper no trolleys and then the corridors jammed up with the housekeeping talking in the hallways explained why the coffee maker was not working and not replaced and why there were not enough towels in the room for four people - conversations were more important than doing the job at hand . Such a pity so much potential but overall staff that just don’t care or seem to want to be there at all. One of the best hotels in our 3 1/2 week road trip but worst experiences.

Christmas Trip

Enjoyed the room very much, but the bed was undesireable. Felt like we were sleeping in a bowl. Difficult to get out of bed as the sides were quite high. And the air-conditioner/heater sounded like a truck running into our room. Room was very clean. Just a few things that might need attention.

Convenient, pleasant and comfortable. Appreciate the pet friendly option and facilities. 24 hour hot chocolate bar was fun!!

Great atmosphere. The kids loved the hot chocolate bar in the lobby. The room was nice and spacious and comfortable. We loved it.

3rd party reservation failure.

Made a reservation through Expedia for a handicap room, but when we arrived late in the evening the night manager had no request for one and didn’t have one available. He gave us a mini suite that, while not having all we needed for accommodation, was better than a regular room. He was friendly, apologetic and helpful. Room was clean and bathroom was large enough for a wheelchair to turn around. Enjoyed our stay.

The nicest hotel I’ve stayed in in St George

Pros: Comfortable rooms, dining close by, heated pool, breakfast buffet
Cons: More usb charging ports
Location: It is close to the Highway and that makes it easy to get anywhere you need.
My wife and I come to St George to enjoy the outdoors and have stayed in many of its hotels but we find this one to be the nicest. It is close to interstate 15 so you can quickly get up to the downtown area. The breakfast buffet is like many but the food quality and variety are great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.
