Place was great, very clean, plenty of room, location worked well with Staten Island ferry. We needed some assistance during our stay and Yien was very responsive. Also Frank, their Uber recommendation, was wonderful!!!

Lynn was a lovely and gracious host, having the unit ready way before advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the small touches such as the beer, water and bagels that was left for us as a welcome.

Immediate area perhaps a little run down, about 15 minute hilly walk from the frequent free ...
Lots of stairs for someone who just had foot surgery but kids loved their private bedrooms. House creaked some and scared my daughter right out of her room. Which was funny. A microwave would have been nice but overall a nice place to stay and was very clean..lots of towels and clean linens.
