“New hotel (opened in November 2025), with currently pristine facilities. Rooms were clean, well appointed, and fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Not busy at all but I suspect that this will change once more people find out about it (it’s nicer in person than it looks online). Note that you either have to take a 10 minute taxi boat to Zenses and Blu Zen (resorts on the north island) from the main Caye Caulker town or can borrow hotel bikes to take the short trip……

“I enjoyed my stay here. Though about a 15min drive away from the inner city, it was a very nice and quiet neighborhood and we were lucky enough to get parking right in front. The kitchen was very convenient and had everything you'd need including a full sized fridge. ”

“Clean rooms, very gracious host. The front reception lady, Vinnie, made our check in very smooth. Stayed one night, before our morning flight home. Room was very comfortable, beds and shower were great, and food at inn was delicious. Our TV had issues so we couldn't use it. But for one night, it fit our needs being close to the airport.”

“The room was amazing, and the staff was agent more impressive. They were beyond friendly, constantly checking on us, driving us to and from the split, happy to find whatever NFL gam on at the bar and even coming to our room to get it on after the bar closed. Would return it recommend 100%”

“Our stay at Ashton Court over Spring Break was wonderful. We rented a three bedroom condominium that faced the water. Had a balcony with beautiful views, condo was updated and very nice. Nice pool and bar that we used on the days we weren't at the beach or on the water. The staff was excellent, always available, made all our dinner reservations, security guard onsite all night and the owner, Ken, was there the entire week we were. He was a pleasure to talk to and made our stay fantastic, he……

“Perfect location for me. Great pizza delivered to my room. So much good food and great beaches and grocery stores within a couple blocks. Simple, good WiFi, cold AC. All I needed. However if an occasional gecko, roach, or some pealing paint ruins your day this may not be the place for you. ”
