Cheap but not comfortablePosted Apr 23, 2017
The office staff close up shop at 9.00 pm we got in at 10 and had to drive around looking for a hotel to spend the night. There's construction going on at the side and the front of the hotel so sitting in the patio was noisy and dusty. Stove is old and rusty. Horrible bathroom. Finally I had a beastly cold shower in the night because the maid switched off the warm water and we didn't know. We discovered this afterwards. Will not be returning

Hi Sandy our office closes at 9pm and we do have a night number for late check ins . We have some one living on the compound and answers the night phone to check persons in . My front office staff is supposed to show you to the room on check in , this way they explain everything about the room . I am very sorry certain things may have been missed during check in . As a small property we pride our selves on service and cleanliness . it is very dry in Grenada now and dust is easy to be blown around . No excuses to the issues you may have faced . I have spoken the front staff already , trying to insure check ins are done properly . A new sign is being made with the night number and will be more visible for late check ins . Thank you for your comments , this helps to ensure we get it right . Hope to see you again on another trip to Grenada Management

very good experiencePosted Mar 18, 2016
Pros: Convenience to go to SGU and grocery shopping.
Cons: Bathroom needs improvement. The shower is very weak and also flush is a pain.
Location: grandanse beach nearby. movie theater and restaurant across
our son is in SGU and we wanted to visit him during our daughter's spring break. We took 2 bed room apartment with kitchen. We had a small balcony with mountain view. Kitchen with utensils was a big plus because I cooked some dinners for my son. Right across we had a strip mall with restaurant , subway and movie theaters , Pharmacy and small grocery store. What else do we need? Big supermarket and grand anse beach are walking distance. The SGU bus stop is in front of hotel and we went to campus and around town on campus bus. We took a tour to Grand etang forest and fort frederick and they picked us up and dropped at the hotel.

No holiday at West Crest Holiday Apartment!Posted Sep 1, 2015 on Hotels
The staff was helpful, but no hot water for 2 days, room was stuffy and hot. Hotel is on a steep hill with garbage pile under the building and unused rooms!
