The lady at the front hotel check in desk, Manda, was not helpful at all. She never asked for my drivers license. She was very, very rude. She was not willing to help with my situation at all. So, I went along with her way. The next morning I called the front desk and spoke with Pam. Within 30 minutes Pam and her manager took care of my issue and I had an email from Expedia with a confirmation of my refund from Expedia. And we didn’t have to change rooms on our second night there. Pam and her manager were awesome! Manda was my only disappointment with Kewadin. Everything else was perfect.
