Conch Villa Vista - Newly Renovated Condo in Paradise - Cruz Bay, St John, Usvi

We loved the close proximity of this unit to town and grocery store. Lots of stairs but rewarded with a beautiful view from the porch. Unit was clean and well equipped with beach towels and beach chairs along with some unexpected treats: smart tv / choice of coffee makers / sunscreens & bug repellents (leftovers but came in handy). Enjoyed our stay very much.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Conch Villa Vista that we've just returned & already booked this home again for our next trip back in a few months! Kelly was absolutely wonderful to work with- she was so easy to get in touch with and was available to help with anything we needed. The condo itself is exactly as pictured, but with a nicer view than the photos show :) It's a 5-10 walk to everything you would need for bars, restaurants, and grocery stores, and a quick ride to all of our favorite beaches. We can't wait to return and are so appreciative of Kelly & Kevin's hospitality!

I recently stayed at Kelly’s place with my husband. We had a great time and we were able to cook meals there. We sat out on the deck each morning and night, and it felt private. You definitely need a car if you stay there. People mentioned walking to a bar or it being close to town. It technically is very close to town but not at all good for walking. The hills are steep and the roads are not marked or maintained well, so you are safer in a car. We enjoyed driving out to various bays for snorkeling. Maho bay was our favorite. The washer and dryer are not in the unit. They are free but shared. Kelly responded immediately whenever I had a question. I would stay there again. I would also recommend taking a day trip to the BVI.
