"Very special and sweet retreat. We had a lot of fun. The teahouse itself is so well crafted! we loved the view, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. We made dinner 5 out of 7 evenings and had breakfast several days. First visit to St. John, was not prepared for the drive up the hill to the property. We got use to it quickly, but it is a steep climb. Driving on the entire island is a challenge but worth it and kind of fun! Thanks for the beach gear and cooking supplies. On site manager was awesome...

"We’re returning visitors to Ric & Lolita’s place. The location is close to multiple sand beaches for snorkeling and swimming. Beautiful hikes are also nearby. The views from the house are incredible, with several places to enjoy those wonderful views while dining. The structure of the house, with high ceilings keeps it nice and cool. We didn’t need the air conditioning while we were there in March. We star gazed at night on the large. flat area that has several different comfortable areas...

"We were in awe when we arrived. Even at night, we couldn’t believe how beautiful our surroundings were and could not wait to see it all in the morning.
