Room was not cleaned found a beer stopper on the floor and bought a movie paid 16.99 and could barely see it with the lines in the tv

Not far from everything we wanted to do!

Great for the kids pool good and water slide was great great dinners at east side Mario's not a far drive to the sites!

Use as last resort!

After waiting for the front desk Tennant to stop Facebook searching, we got our room which was way below standard there was a breathe right strip stuck to the sheets of one of the beds. The bathroom was gross mildew stains everywhere. BOOK AT THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS.

Need a good nights sleep

We were on the same level as the parking lot and it was noisy. Doors/walls were thin and we could hear people in the hallways having conversations. It was difficult trying to sleep, we woke up tired.

Unfortunately had to travel to St. John's for a funeral, staff were very accommodating with an early check in. I had called prior to arrival and did not have to explain the situation again. Clearly the clerk that I spoke with had taken the time to make a note on my reservation.

Disappointed

Hotel would not provide a roll away bed for our son, who ended up sleeping on the floor. Pool hours were stated as 9-9 but no where did it state that the water slides did not open until noon. With only a one night stay, kids were very disappointed that they could not use the slides before our 11 am check out. Water slides were the main reason we chose this hotel, hours really need to be made more clear when booking.

Dear Traveller: Depending of the room type you booked, we can place a roll a way bed in a King room, but are not permitted to place this in a room with 2 double beds, due to fire regulations. If you had this 2 double bedded room, that is why it would not have been permitted. Our Website main page, signage outside the pool area and inside the pool area, all indicate slide hours of Fri 5pm-9pm, Sat 9am-9pm, Sun 9am-1pm. We have introduced summer hours from 3pm-9pm during the week days now. We are sorry for the disappointment you have experienced.
