The hotel looked like a great place, however, I will not recommended this place as this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. First the check in experience - They sent us to the wrong room. Then called us to tell us we had to come back down with all our luggage, no assistance to get the key for the other room. Went to the other room and it wasn’t serviced or cleaned get. Went back downstairs and they told us we had to wait. We weren’t able to check in until 7pm, 3 hours after check in time. The front desk manager ensured us that we would receive compensation for the inconvenience. We received nothing. All we received was more headaches because the hotel had a towel shortage, so we had to ask for towels for the room but all they could provide was beach towels. The jacuzzi in the room was broken. Then upon checking out, they tried to get us to pay the deposit and euro tax AGAIN because they didn’t have the record of it in the system. So I had to get in writing that they acknowledged the deposit on my credit card and we would get it back. And again, they offered no compensation for any mishap. I said the least they could have done was paid for our drinks and food 70 euro while we had to wait 3 hours to check in to our room. But nothing. We also experienced the manager, Plamena being rude with other customers as well. I hope the hotel reads this and takes appropriate action to address her disrespect towards customers.
