I really enjoyed my 3 night stay here. The room was a top floor unit with a street & partial sea view. I liked the free English breakfast served in a nice modern eating area. Cereal, juice, & toast were also avail. It was clean & quiet. Free parking right out front was good, but limited to 8 or 9 spots. The location is great, an easy walk to all of Hasting's sights. The electric kettle with free coffee & tea worked well. Hot water was good, as it's an electric on demand wall unit.
Problem areas were just a few the Wi-fi was not working very well and became an issue. After much complaining it was discovered that the numbers listed on the wall weren't the right one's and after changing it worked. No built-in USB charges or mini refrigerators at this location. Also, strangely the maid tidied up the room even with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door.
