Extreme disappointment

Pros: It was roomy
Cons: Furnishings, and maybe get a working elevator. Not accommodating for the disabled, such as wheelchair.. No elevator.
Location: Nothing. Just really a dead area.
This total score would be no more than a 3. Old, out of date, no elevator, horrible breakfast. However, it was available, I felt somewhat safe, and it still played a part in making my Valentines Day special for the hubby.

An all around good hotel

D'asia at the front desk was very pleasant and polite. Her male coworker wasn't very friendly but maybe he was having a bad day. I loved my room, the bed was nice and firm. A very clean and quit hotel. I will stay there again. A. Merrill

Great location for airport travelers

Pros: Proximity to airport for an early flight. Newly decorated room.
Cons: Restaurant sign half lit, grounds unattractive.
Very handy to the airport. Nothing luxurious, but good value. Our room was newly redecorated. Hot breakfast. Very fair price for leaving car (in covered parking lots).

Airport Hotel with local crowd

I was expecting a hotel for travelers. It seemed like there were many locals. Had a smoky feel amd felt sketchy.

Airport stay

Pros: The shuttle service!
Cons: Start the Full Breakfast earlier!
Second time we have stayed at this location. First time was under new ownership, Staff very friendly. Restaurant and rooms were very cold! But the friendliness of the staff made us try it again for our travel needs. Staff again very friendly and accommodating. Temps much more warmer this time :) in hotel. One recommendation would be to start the full complementary breakfast earlier.

Bed and breakfast.

The heat didn't work. The floor in the bathroom was covered in water. The toilet ran unless I juggled the handle. The exercise equipment was broke. But when I booked the room, my expectations were very low. I did not complain to the front desk. They may have been very accommodating. I wanted a place to sleep that was as inexpensive as I could find and that is what I got.

Disapointed with hotel

Pros: Room was clean that's about all.
Cons: Give room that was booked, if told the person wants a quiet room please put them in a quiet room if possible. Fix heat so people cab eat in comfort.
Booked a King, got two queens. Asked for a quiet room since we had flown all night, was put next to exit door that kept slamming all day. Only restaurant in hotel had no heat so we ate with coats and gloves on to stay warm.

Hotel has potential

Pros: The staff try their best to be friendly. The cost is very reasonable.
Cons: I definitely do not want the wheel(s) of my car or my car to be stolen. I will not use the hotel for park and fly any more.
The parking garage at the side of the hotel is for long term parking ($5 a day). One of the cars there has a wheel missing! I do not feel comfortable parking there again -- especially when the hotel states that it is not responsible for theft or damage. If the hotel is going to charge $5 for parking, it needs to provide minimum security or install security cameras. To have a good bath, you may have to bring your own shampoo and soap/bath gel. The hotel has potential but good management is lacking. The hotel is too big to run like a family business (i.e., small motel or inn).
