Dirtiest Hotel and the manager Charlie lied to us!

Pros: Absolutely Nothing!!!!!
Cons: Closing the hotel would be an improvement. Not being a lair to the customer and dealing w the issues.
Location: Some places to eat and stay are near by. I recommend those hotels.
Poop in the Toilet!!!!! Poop in the Toilet!!!!!!!!!!! Coffee maker had a 5 in cord and barely had length to plug in. It only fit the bathroom plug in right next to poop toilet. Dirty room w food wrappers on the floor behind and next to tv. Check in was for 2 and room did not have towels for even 1. The Toilet had poop in it. It was not cleaned and had it everywhere. There were staples in the bed for some reason and one of the ground plug ins had exposed box w no cover which is bad if children are in that room. Upon check out I asked for the manager. Charlie who was the manager lied about who he was and was trying to avoid dealing w me. I asked him twice if he was the manager and he told me no. Then proceeded to tell me the best he could do was $30 dollars off. I paid 127.53 for the room. He then told me that i had to call Expedia to confirm my refund and refused to give me a receipt showing discount. I called Expedia and they took care of me. Full refund. NEVER STAY HERE.

They removed our personal belongings from our room without contacting us. Due to an error with the reservation, they booked our room for one night when we intended to stay 2 nights. To our surprise, our key wouldn't work to our room and we were 'removed' from the room. I understand mistakes happen and we would have been much more understanding with courteous service or even an apology. But they treated us rudely. Also, I understand if they booked the room to another paying customer, but they actually offered to reserve another room for us. So, it just made no sense. We were actually ok with the mistake because the room was somewhat unclean, the refrigerator was extremely loud and the breakfast was terrible and cold. Definitely

BED BUGS!

There are bed bugs here! Do not stay here. The staff is aware they have a bed bug problem. When it was brought to their attention they handed over a yellow spray bottle of bed bug killer. The manager acted as if it was a regular occurrence and was not bothered by it. Absolutely disgusting!

Overrated! Over priced!

Once we checked in, we instantly noticed an ant in the bed crawling. The hotel manager refused to give me a refund but instead decided to give me another room. That room had a damaged sink in the bathroom and strings of hair throughout the room. Completely disgusting!! I WILL NEVER RETURN!

Furniture could be more up to date. The dresser drawers where broken and the pool was freezing

It was a nice place to stay. I wish breakfast was until later in the morning At least in the weekend. No one wants to get up early on the weekend.
