Not with the nightly rate

Went to St. Louis for a work trip and booked this hotel. Air conditioner in my room broke, maid never came and the staff were not very helpful. Wouldn't stay here again.

Convenient location near the arena!

Stayed 1 night during the gymnastics championships at the arena. It was close and convenient.

Hidden Gem!

The staff was AMAZING!! Pool was well kept and they even offered to keep it open a little longer, as we checked in a little later in the evening than anticipated. VERY comfortable pillows and bedding. Price was great!

Friendly staff

Super friendly staff, loved the lobby restaurant! Slight odour in room 244, room needs some airing out.

Good Stay

The hotel was clean and people were friendly. We had a noisy room next to us. We called the front desk they took care of it right away. Pool & hot tube were good for the kids. The only draw back was breakfast it was expensive and the Starbucks did not have all the offerings of a normal Starbucks. They also dont accept Starbucks gift cards.

Clean and comfy but you hear all

Overall, the hotel was decent. The room was roomy and was the bathroom, though I'm not sure if this had to do with the fact it was a handicap accessible room. The bed was super comfy and water pressure was good. My only real gripe is that you could hear e erything going on outside your room. It was as if there was no sound proofing applied at all. I could hear distinct conversations going down the hall and my "neighbor" coughing. The only saving grace here was that everybody seemed to quiet down at night, and the noise level wasn't bad until morning when all the doors started slamming up and down the hall.
