Nice folks. Dicey area.
The people at the front desk were great, and the accommodations were adequate, but I would not stay in this hotel again. It was in a very run-down industrial area. The $100 deposit for damages would have been a clue had I known about it in advance. Again, the people were nice enough, but I didn't feel safe there as it was just me and my daughter.

Mixed experience
The hotel is in an industrial part of town, a bit shady so that we asked to see the room before taking it. The desk staff was helpful and friendly. We had a suite, there was no furniture except a chair and desk in the main room. That is to say, a screen with nothing to sit on to watch. The room could have been better cleaned. The king size bed was very comfortable.

Horrible Area Beware
Hotel is not downtown. It’s in a very bad neighborhood about 5-10 minutes from downtown. Every Uber driver told me to never come back to this hotel, the area is very bad, especially for women and that it would be hard to get a driver to pickup from this hotel at night. It was so much noise, someone jumping over my head at 1-2 am. The hotel was not the cleanest, it has a strange smell. I can go on and on. Overall I will never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is in a very sketchy neighborhood, with most buildings around in a terrible shape. The lobby and the rest of the hotel needs a major upgrade to feel welcoming and clean, right now it's probably the worst hotel I have stayed at in the US.

Do not stay here. Bad area of town. They held an extra $100 as a deposit. The bathroom was dirty. I couldn't stand to even go in it. Floor was sticky.

The check-in process was easy and the woman at check-in was cery friendly and helpful. As a single woman, I did not feel particularly safe in this area. Also, walls are thin and other people were loud.

Safe and Recently Renovated
Recently Renovated Hotel. Plenty of Free Parking, Spacious Rooms and Everything Was Brand New...even smell of Fresh Paint. They didn't have much to offer for Continental Breakfast due to the fact that they were still arranging the Breakfast Area. Just Waffles, Bagles and Muffins. With Coffee and Juices.. overall it was a Very Comfortable Stay. And quiet...close to the City Museum.

I only stayed one night because of the location and being charged an extra 100 dollars for nothing and if that was for the continental breakfast it wasn't worth that much. I wouldn't stay there or tell my friends to stay there. And the elevator was slow. My opinion for what it's worth.

Loved the all floor room, Due to asthma & allergies helps a lot that there was an all floor room to chose from when booked. breakfast was good , I felt there could have been a bit more variety, I love to eat. :) The area was a bit sketchy for me but the staff made it feel welcoming and friendly and took care of business when other travelers where being noisy all night.

very noisy
My husband and I stayed for 2 days, all in all we were comfortable BUT..... very noisy!! Both nights we were woke up to loud thumping in hallways and rooms next door, I did call and complain.. if it was earlier in the evening we could understand but this was midnight up to 2 in the morning.

Clean room but that part of St. Louis is pretty run down. Having a security fence around it was a concern. But it was quiet and no problems Breakfast was not the best. But it was ok since I have special needs
