Country Club Plaza vecinity

Family from out of the country were coming for a visit and the hotel was perfect for a 1st night stay and relax after a long, very long trip. I would recommend it to my friends.

Nice but Moldy

Was a nice place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wife and I came down with some unexpected allergy problems and upon initial inspection did not find anything. As we were leaving we opened up the curtains and found mold on the wood of the window sill. We told the front desk. I hope they clean it up.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. Had some trouble with key cards but staff was nice and helpful. Pool was refreshing. Wish the bathroom had a fan and that stay included breakfast.

Dear Traveller: Thank you for staying with us. I appreciate you business. The new key system has new cards. They are not inserted in to the lock but held against the lock. Of course that might not have been what created the difficulty with the lock or key. All the bathrooms do have fans, the vents are very high on the bathroom wall. Breakfast is not automatically included in the rate, but please consider that about half our guests have breakfast included in their rate. Some purchase packages with breakfast, and all Gold and Diamond Hhonors Members receive breakfast. Thank you for the feedback. Please consider staying with us again in the future. Nice hotel to stay, with nice pool and restaurant

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: WiFi should be there!
Location: Nice location!
Nice view and excellent on site facilities. Staff was very friendly. Fast check-in and check-out!

Quiet Stay

It was brief. It appears to be a "business" hotel. When I saw the "family reunion groups" staying at the hotel, I was concerned about noise. But it wasn't an issue.

Great comfort

I've stayed here before and have never had any problems. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff can be ok. I checked in 7-23-16 around 4 or 5 and the attendant spoke to me as if I was at a fast food restaurant. Spoke very fast, never made eye contact, gave details about the hotel at 100mph, BUT was never rude! My guest and I enjoyed this hotel and our stay very much!
