Nice hotel

From check in to check out great. The stay was very nice. The staff was very friendly. The cookies are the best. Would stay again just for the cookies. Overall the hotel and staff were great. Will definitely book again.

Don't pay cash. They will rip you off.

Location: The location was just so so. Too many back streets to get to it. Not on main street like other hotels.
When we checked in, I gave the clerk cash for the room. She informed me that she would have to charge me an additional $40 to hold for what she called an "incident fee". I ask what it was for and she replied "room service or damages to hotel property" and I would get it back the next morning when we checked out if no room service was ordered. Upon checked out, the morning clerk only gave me $7 dollars and some change. The only thing that I had charged to the room was a cup of coffee, which I sign the ticket for $2 and some change. Now I do not know where the additional $32 when, but I am assuming it went into someone's pocket. We was going to the Casino nearby and I wanted to make sure the Hotel bill was paid and that's why I wanted to pay bill on check-in. Also, there was a youth soccer tournament close and our floor was VERY NOISEY with youth running up and down the hall at all hours of the night. My wife and I didn't get much sleep.

Mr. R, please don't take my word for it, but check your original reservation. I believe that the misunderstanding here is that you are not including the taxes on your reservation. Hotel staff is a bunch of thieves.

When I made the reservation, I left a credit card number to hold the room. When we arrived, I informed to desk clerk that I was paying cash for the room. She informed me that there would be an additional $40 as an incident fee. I ask her what that was for and she replied " to cover any damaged that you might have" and so I wouldn't skip out on room service. She also replied that I would get it back at the end of the stay. I did get a cup of coffee and charge it to room service. When we checked out, the morning clerk only gave us a $7 refund, not the $40 that we was promised. That cup of coffee cost me $32. Also, when we arrived there was only 1 desk clerk and a long line of people trying to get checked in and she would have to make a call to see if the room was ready and this was 3:30 in the afternoon. I WILL NOT STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER HILTON HOTEL AGAIN.

Dear Larry on Expedia: I am pleased that you stayed with us. We have a little different information to provide for you. You paid cash of $170.35. That covered room and tax and just $10 for incidentals. The taxes on your room were $21.35, plus the room rate for one night. Your restaurant charge was just $2.69. That was taken out of the $10.00 incidental fees. That explains why you received $7.31. If you have some other information please let us know and we can work with you and Expedia. Perhaps you are not calculating in the taxes. We love to explain this to you and I know that Expedia is always willing to answer any questions. Please know that I do value the feedback.
