Would love to stay here again!

Location is close to everything! Hotel was beautiful and clean!!! Staff always friendly!! Juanita and Sean were wonderful and made the BEST breakfast!!! My husband and I still talk about the omelets being the best we have ever had!! Would love to go back!!

The room was nice and clean But the beds were hard. And the pull out bed did not have complete set of sheets

I am so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our new beds. We changed all of the beds in the hotel in May. Typically the pull out sofa sheets are located in the cabinet under the parlor TV across from the couch. We will remind the team of the importance of ensuring all supplies are in each room. Small Girl Scout stay

The check in lady didn't talk much and didn't give me a price, so I checked my online bank account and I was overcharged $50. I called to the front desk and she acknowledged it and stated a credit would be showing up on my statement. I still have not seen the refund.

I am sorry to read that our check in staff was not engaging. We will address this situation. At check in you should also be made aware of the $50 deposit that is held on your account to allow you to charge items to your room such as room service, restaurant/bar, coffee, or even a movie. Any remaining balance is released upon check out. Some banks take 3-4 days to place that money back in your account.

Great Customer Service from every employee

The hotel was one of the best experiences at a hotel I have ever had regarding the customer service approach. My only criticism is the hotel needs weights in the weight room, it's really just cardio and light Dumbbells.

Was a nice, clean hotel. Was close to interstate and restaurants. Free drinks from 5:30-7:30 a plus. Free breakfast. Plenty of elevarors. Room was large with microwave and refrigerator.

Nice location

Pros: Breakfast, location
Cons: A/C - Heater is loud.
Location: Great location.
Overall - Good. I called front desk at night asked for late check-out, the person who I talked to told me he can give me only up to noon. I called again in the morning and the lady gave me till 1:00 pm. Should they have granted it the first time I called?

To answer your question regarding the later check out, the morning crew is able to assess the actual flow of business while the evening crew is making their decision based upon what we anticipate the flow of check outs and check ins. Therefore, the decisions made may be slightly different.

Wonderful staff. Very nice hotel. I would stay there again. Great breakfast as well. The room was clean and was very close to downtown.

Old and dirty and not friendly!

Pros: It was close to my sisters.
Cons: The people that work there were not very friendly and the rooms need to be cleaned better.
My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend. I had reserved a smoking room and did not get one. I went to the desk and asked if I could change and the person was rude and basically told me that because I had booked through expedia there was nothing they could do. The room was very musty smelling and when we pulled out the sofa bed, the matress was dirty and old. For the price that was paid I was very unhappy!
