Nice Suite...loved the room and the décor as well

Pros: The room and breakfast
Cons: More help for the person preparing the breakfast. She did a wonderful job and had a pleasant attitude on top of that.
Location: Location is good and easy access to highway system
Hotel had a nice family friendly atmosphere and good breakfast

Busy Weekend

Location: close to the river festival events.
We stayed on July 3 - busy weekend. They seemed understaffed and underprepared for a busy weekend. Pool - no towels available - we brought down towels from the room. Pool and deck were dirty - bandaids, clumps of hair, wet pool diaper. Evening reception - they ran out of Budweiser products. snacks ran out very quickly. Breakfast - only one person bussing tables and only one person making omlettes. 30+ minute wait for omlette and the grill looked like a mess. Many tables were stacked with dirty dishes leaving no where to sit.

Cons: Breakfast - made to order items were the same all four mornings; very few fruit choices - bananas only offered one day; extremely weak coffee
Overall it was avoid experience. Surrounding roads have been reconfigured, making arrival very confusing. The hotel was clean and the workers were friendly.

Ok I guess

As we first arrived staff was great, got our room and smelled of smoke horribly. So the staff accommodated me with another room, this room smelled like mildew and they had an ozone machine running to try to kill the smell. We kept the room ( I bought air fresheners). Other than the smelly room it was an okay experience, had a few other small issues like breakfast wasn't opened on time and we wasn't able to eat and only 3 elevators took awhile to catch during peak times. Seemed high priced for overall experience

St Charles, MO Embassy Suites

Next to Convention Center, I was attending. Terrific staff, always a smile and very accommodating. King size bed was very comfortable. Mattress cover kept slipping off. Room was relatively quiet. Evening Happy​ Hour was a very pleasant surprise. Complimentary drinks and bar snacks; nachos, dips, crudite. Breakfast was a full hot meal with custom-made eggs and pancakes. Really good sausages. Food at restaurants was good, especially compared to the caterer from the conference center. Available shuttle service very convenient to sights, commercial areas, entertainment and restaurants. Hotel is near highway and inconvenient to walk to outside services, but 15-20 minutes from the airport. Front desk setup very awkward; separate desks​ broken into​ 5 individual​ open units. Couldn't tell front, back or behind. Don't know which person belonged where. Looked cluttered. Concierge desk was never manned. Room "directory" info didn't provide enough info. No names, hours or menus from eating and drinking establishments of the hotel. Directions on use of TV, show guide, or ppv movies. Couldn't reset time on radio, thus couldn't set alarm. Complimentary hospitality tray sent to room wasn't appropriate. Only packaged snacks, chips, cookies. Candy bars and sodas. No fruit, cheese, sparkling water or juice. Just junk! Don't bother. Pool and exercise area were fine but lots of kids were allowed to run around the lobby area, unaccompanied and dripping water on the floor making it slippery

Our stay was fairly well. We ordered Spinach Artichoke dip form the Bar and was highly disappointed that it was basically a can of spinach with some cheese melted on top. Very disappointing for such an upscale Hotel.
