Best Hotel in the area!

Pros: everything!
Cons: nothing
Check in with the staff was amazing! Everyone is so nice and helpful! I'm an honors member, however they did not know that when I walked in and treated me like a VIP even before they seen my honors. I stayed in room 817, everyone and everything was wonderful! Thank you all so much for everything you do to make everyone feel at home and welcomed!!

We have stayed here four years in a row. It is clean and has comfortable beds. Very festive at Christmas time. Great location for visiting historic St. Charles. Our only problem this year was with the furnace. It was set at 72 which made the room too warm and very dry, and the furnace fan was very loud. When we adjusted the thermostat, it reset itself to 72. This made it too warm for comfortable sleeping conditions. We have not had this problem in previous years. That is the only reason I can't rate it a 5.

Pros: Clean and Friendly
Cons: an airport shuttle would be nice. otherwise perfect
Location: I did not look into things to do as I was there for a trade show in the convention center.
arriving at 7pm I was offered 2 free bottles of water, instructed that there was an open bar going on and if the restaurant didnt allow me to get something to come back and i could get a voucher. My room was perfect! very comfortable king sized bed, a lovely seating area with a sofa and a table. Mini fridge and microwave. If I had been staying for multiple nights it would have been amazing. When I realized there was no Uber or Lyft available in the area to take me back to the airport the front desk called a taxi service for me. - It would have been nice had they offered an airport shuttle.

I love staying at this hotel anytime I am in the area. The free happy hour and snacks and breakfast are the best.

Pros: Outside of downtown, but still close and accessible to all the stuff around STL.

Friendly Staff-Great Location

It you're looking for sincere, great service; this hotel hit the mark. From check-in to check-out the staff exceeded my expectations. The hotel is in a great location to restaurants, shopping and downtown. Our shuttle driver was entertaining, he had us all singing 90's songs. There was an abundance of choices to choose from at breakfast and everything was tasty. Oh, and Happy Hour, who does that for FREE? Embassy Suites! One night I had dinner in the Cyprus Grill and my entrée was nicely presented and delicious, and again, attentive, friendly wait staff. The room was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and Wi-Fi worked without issue. My only challenge, my room was on the freeway side and it was a bit noisy. I would stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

New favorite hotel

Pros: Shuttle to and from a local event. Caring staff and free parking. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour were a big surprise. Really great bed .
Cons: Elevators, one not working.
Location: Right off 70, great restaurants minutes away.
Clean, comfy bed,wet bar and separate living room. Complimentary Happy Hour / free drinks and made to order breakfast. Very good Cyprus Grill. Friendly , helpful staff. Beautiful, luxe feel.

Would love to stay here again!

Location is close to everything! Hotel was beautiful and clean!!! Staff always friendly!! Juanita and Sean were wonderful and made the BEST breakfast!!! My husband and I still talk about the omelets being the best we have ever had!! Would love to go back!!

The room was nice and clean But the beds were hard. And the pull out bed did not have complete set of sheets

Typically the pull out sofa sheets are located in the cabinet under the parlor TV across from the couch. We will remind the team of the importance of ensuring all supplies are in each room. Small Girl Scout stay

The check in lady didn't talk much and didn't give me a price, so I checked my online bank account and I was overcharged $50. I called to the front desk and she acknowledged it and stated a credit would be showing up on my statement. I still have not seen the refund.

I am sorry to read that our check in staff was not engaging. We will address this situation. At check in you should also be made aware of the $50 deposit that is held on your account to allow you to charge items to your room such as room service, restaurant/bar, coffee, or even a movie. Any remaining balance is released upon check out. Some banks take 3-4 days to place that money back in your account.
