The check in lady didn't talk much and didn't give me a price, so I checked my online bank account and I was overcharged $50. I called to the front desk and she acknowledged it and stated a credit would be showing up on my statement. I still have not seen the refund.

I am sorry to read that our check in staff was not engaging. We will address this situation. At check in you should also be made aware of the $50 deposit that is held on your account to allow you to charge items to your room such as room service, restaurant/bar, coffee, or even a movie. Any remaining balance is released upon check out. Some banks take 3-4 days to place that money back in your account.
