Fine for an overnight stay

Stayed for an overnight, it was in a bit of an odd location, being in a business park. Very clean, hallways had a bit of an old smoke smell, but staff was polite enough. Bathroom was very clean. Bed was nice.

Our Anniversary

We just wanted to get away for our anniversary and we had stayed here during a power outage at our home and we liked it so we returned.

Convenient location in an area to an interstate.

Friendly Staff

the staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked where the nearest mall was and they gave us a paper with some of the area attractions and restaurants that was close by. The location is close to a lot of attractions. There wasn't much at this exit so if that is what you are looking for I would recommend staying some other place.

Decent hotel

Nice, clean, quiet hotel. There were several youth baseball teams staying at the hotel and we never heard them. Breakfast was a little crazy with all the kids, but lots of options. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

Late check in(2:30am). Had to wait 20 min for the clerk to finish data backup. Didn't like that at all. I called at 6pm to let them know of the late arrival. Didn't have my key ready. Air conditioner was loud and couldn't close the curtains to keep the street lights from coming in.

THank you for your feedback! I apologize that our system was running its night audit process when you had arrived to the hotel. While I completely understand your frustration, we are unable to check anyone into the system without them actually being on property. We try to hold off until the majority if not all of our guests have checked in prior to running the process however sometimes we can't always do that. Thank you again for sharing your comments! Great except for hotels.com.

Hotel was great, hotels.com had the wrong info about the room so luckily the hotel took care of us so my daughter had a place to sleep. Hotel manager helped out as much as possible but I had to contact hotels.com for the mess up and it was a long process.

not impressed at all...bathroom was dirty...sink and shower both drains did not work...gross standing in the shower with it full of water
