Awesome hotel

Posted Jan 15, 2016
My husband and I stayed her for one night and we loved it. The spa was amazing. The restaurant was full but that was our fault for not calling ahead to make reservations ahead. The room service was really good! Quick service and food was delicious.

Great Hotel Near the Arch

Posted Jan 12, 2016
Cons: The only improvement opportunity would be the two elevator banks where floors 9-rooftop must take two elevator trips from the lower floors. Very minor
Location: The Landing is a short 5 minute walk from the hotel and offers great eateries (i.e. Joey B's) plus the arch. Be wary of some of the sketchy ppl tho.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons while on vacation in St. Louis. This location lives up to our expectations for a Four Seasons-level hotel and the view from the 17th floor was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable concierge that provided outstanding recommendations for nearby eateries. The 8th floor balcony was a major bonus as well and a nice place to enjoy your evening (in warmer weather).

Felt like VIP

Spent our 20 year wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience at Cielo restaurant. Our waitress Amber immediately moved us to the best table and afterward gave us a tour of the kitchen and the chefs had a wonderful desert set up in back with champagne. New wonderful memories, thank you.

Superb Class

Pros: "Everything, everything, everything"!
Cons: A shuttle to and from the airport.
Location: We were able to walk the short distance from the hotel to the Edward Dome/American Center.
My two friends and I were treated royally. We really did enjoy the friendly and pleasant atmosphere. This was possible only through the actions and attitudes of the "Employees"

Very pleasant hotel - awful sign

Posted Oct 5, 2015
Very comfortable rooms. Unfortunately, arch view rooms also have a view of a horrible, huge sign with alternating pictures of boxers pounding each other and similar displays. Check in is slow - could use more staff at desk.

Beautiful hotel and room, great service. We stayed in a "arch view corner room" and felt spoiled. Extras are pricey as was expected. We walked to the arch and to Busch stadium for a game-probably 20 minute walk- so didn't have to deal with parking. Self parking in the hotel garage was easy. The only thing we didn't care for was not the actual hotel but the casino area - they pump a scent through the air which made me a little nauseous. The people that came to the casino side were not in line with what you'd expect for the classy hotel. And there's a street entrance you can use to get to the hotel but you have to go thru the casino portion. It felt a little trashy. But you can't access the hotel rooms without a room key so that made me feel safe. Hotel is on the northern edge of where I would feel safe going out at night.

A Mixed Experience

Posted Sep 5, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel is next to a casino in a mixed area of downtown however the arch is walking distance. The parking for the hotel is combined with the casino and the parking garage is huge. There was a problem with the water that weekend and difficult to get hot water then the water pressure was so low that the shower stopped in the middle of my shower. However the spa was nice and I had one of the best massages of my life but adapts for sat are hard to get as they are usually full that day. Also, we were warned not to go in and out of the parking lot that weekend as would take a very long time due to an event that was sharing the parking garage (a Taste of at Louis) which was Meant taxis and uber which were an additional expense. The restaurant had great service and food and the beds were incredibly comfy.
