breakfast was very good. Would like access to ice machine - there was not one on the 1st floor where it said vending and ice was also no vending machine (soda). Soda and snacks in lobby were a little expensive

Had a good two night stay. Only problem was elevators were not working when we left. Was on the second floor. My wife had just had a total knee replacement and I a bad back. It was difficult to use the stairs. We we're in town for a wedding and had extra clothes and such. I had to make several trips on those stairs just to get it all packed out to our vehicle.

Great hotel. Loved cookies and water at check in. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms are being redone so in great shape. Did notice already a couple of stains on comforter.

You can tell there is some construction going on, but it was never actively going on when I was there and was no bother. Just looks like they are trying to improve the overall hotel. Really nice rooms, quiet, comfortable

On May 5, I booked a room for 1 night, but I accidently booked for May 18 instead of May 8. My card was charged $161.44 and another $3.64 to change the date. I arrived at the Hampton Inn and found out the date was never changed!!!!! I had to spend another $170.00 for the one night. I need your charges to be refunded quickly to my account.

You would need to reach out to expedia customer support to have that taken care of - their number is 1 (800) EXPEDIA. We at the hotel have already canceled the reservation for the 18th and waived the late cancellation fee.
Hotel should drop its rates when it's under such heavy construction. For $232 you'd expect a much more comfortable stay.

WARNING: Remodel in progress.
Any hotel undergoing a major renovation should be required to inform guests before creating a reservation. Will be a great place around November 2023 but currently is a disaster area of noise and dust. Was not worth anywhere the price paid.

The staff was friendly. There was construction going on in the lobby/1st floor. Pool was closed which i did not know about until i got there. The bathroom in my room needed to be updated. The breakfast was great except some of the fruit had past its freshness. Pineapple tasted almost ferminted.

First off, the staff was great. However: 1) parking lot too dark; 2) entry door by our room was locked but someone propped open the stairwell door there; 3) vending machines not working.

The hotel was ok. Stayed one night. I was aware of the pool being closed but did not know they were doing a lot of renovations. Sign in front door said use back entrance. You needed a key card for that. Ended up finding a door on the side of the building that was unlocked. Front desk wasn’t very friendly at check in. The room was very warm. The shower was dirty inside. Positive is the hotel was located close to a lot of things.
