Did not ask for handicap room.

Forced to stay . No uSable shower. No counter top in bath room. Half of outlets did not work

I'm sorry to see that you were unhappy with the bathroom layout of our handicap accessible room, and that there was an issue with some of the outlets. While there are ADA requirements on the bathroom layout I will definitely have our Maintenance team address any issue with the outlets if they find it was more than just the safety being tripped. very close to the airport

We had a nice experience. The airport shuttle runs every 15 mins so really convenient. Thank you Hilton.

Not much for the price.

I stayed here during a conference and was disappointed. For what I paid I got less than I would at some other hotels. To pay an additional $12 a night to park and $10 a night for Internet just seems a bit much. There was no breakfast offered and we were unable to have lunch there because they didn't have enough staff to open the whole restaurant. Considering the hotel was completely full and there were two conferences going on, this seemed like poor planning. I didn't want to mess with driving anywhere because I had difficulties getting into the lot to begin with. I will say the staff were very friendly and mostly helpful. The banquet dinner was very good and the service good. Considering all the things I've heard about the Hilton over the years I had expected more and was disappointed with what I got.

I would like to point out that breakfast is available every day, and we are happy to provide catered breakfast for conferences that make those arrangements, otherwise breakfast would not be included in the rate. Pros: The staff and the hotel physical plant
Cons: Microwaves and refrig
We had to face a funeral, so it way a very hard time. The staff went above and beyond to help us.

Nice hotel near the airport

Pros: The staff is the best that you could expect
Cons: Microwaves somewhere in the towers would help.
Location: Air port is the best
We were pushed to find rooms on a holiday weekend because of a funeral. They worked to help us make a very difficult situation bearable.

Poor dining experience

The dining staff was not very good. Forgot to bring us drinks. Several staff members fell all over themselves for a family that I can only assume had a celebrity with them, while we couldn't get anyone to come over so we could pay our check. We finally left the money abd left.

Convenient to the airport

Very poor too service. Wait staff in restaurant was nice, but they were understaffed. Poor display of breakfast and always lacking enough to accommodate guests.

Friendly staff

Would stay again.. loved the room and the staff!! Front desk was nice and accommodating.. Although by the airport, it was quiet and peaceful!
