I stayed here during a conference and was disappointed. For what I paid I got less than I would at some other hotels. To pay an additional $12 a night to park and $10 a night for Internet just seems a bit much. There was no breakfast offered and we were unable to have lunch there because they didn't have enough staff to open the whole restaurant. Considering the hotel was completely full and there were two conferences going on, this seemed like poor planning. I didn't want to mess with driving anywhere because I had difficulties getting into the lot to begin with. I will say the staff were very friendly and mostly helpful. The banquet dinner was very good and the service good. Considering all the things I've heard about the Hilton over the years I had expected more and was disappointed with what I got.

Dear RJ, Thanks again for staying with us and for taking the time to provide feedback on your trip. I'm sorry to see that you were disappointed with some aspects of your stay. I would like to point out that breakfast is available every day, and we are happy to provide catered breakfast for conferences that make those arrangements, otherwise breakfast would not be included in the rate. This would be the same for parking and internet as well. That being said I do apologize if these things were not made clear during the booking process.
