When I booked this hotel I thought Hilton's were nice hotels. Overall I was just really disappointed. We booked a King sized room with a sofa bed as well. When we got to our room it was a very small room with a queen bed and no sofa bed. When we went to the front desk they brushed us off and said they had nothing else available They offered no kind of compensation and said all the rooms cost the same. I know I paid at least $10 more for the king size. The A/C also did not work properly. It got up to 76 degrees in our room no matter how low we had it turned down. This hotel also had a bar in the lobby and the bartenders were not friendly at all!! We encountered one nice hotel employee on our way out.
