Just ok...

For the price we paid for the one night we stayed, I don't think it was worth it. The room was just ok, nothing spectacular. The food was just ok, average at best. I did drop some makeup under my sink and had to go under it to retrieve it and it was covered in filth!

Horrible

Before we booked we called and asked if parking was included for long term, was told it was. It was not and they charge you for the night you actually stay. We stayed one night, flew out next day. They charged us for the one night to park plus whole time we were gone. We had 7 rooms under us and they would not wave the parking charge! Rooms are gross! You lay on the beds and roll to the middle. The bathroom shower did not drain at all. We asked to be located next to the other 7 rooms we had and that was "impossible". Dead bugs on the floor. Went to the bar in lobby area, waited 30 mins for someone to even greet us. Food was bland, took waiter 45 mins to bring us our change because they "aren't equipped to handle cash". We have stayed in several hiltons and for a Hilton hotel this was horrible. Spend your money elsewhere.

Not What I Anticipated

Pros: I liked the lobby.
Cons: Replace the shower curtain regularly, service the heating unit or permit the thermostat to go higher, provide a microwave near the ice machine.
Location: No comment really since we were in for the night once we checked in. The convenience of the shuttle to the airport was a plus.
I was initially caught off guard with the parking fee, then no microwave or refrigerator (w/o a fee) in the room, the limited security on the room door and the heat situation during a night when the temperature outside was less than 10 degrees was the ultimate. A brand such as Hilton I would think their resolution regarding the heat matter would be greater than a space heater. Since the rate I paid may have been equivalent to a Econolodge, I suspect there is a designated block of rooms for the online special rates. At least with Econolodge I am sure heat would not have been an issue.

This hotel is VERY confusing to navigate and the directional signs are few and far between. Tried to go to bed around 10 pm and then up came the drunks stumbling and running into walls and whooping and hollering. Then 30 minutes later I found out exactly how thin the walls were. I had to listen to a very loud but of sex (thank goodness it was over quickly)! LOL Then came the yelling, fighting, arguing, cursing, etc. After awhile I called the service desk and security came up promptly, spoke to them a minute and left. Once again the fighting ensued. Finally about 3 or 4 am it quieted down. Also the corridors/hallways and elevators were all freezing cold, like the heat was barely on and it was only 10°F outside so you would think they'd want to keep the inside of the hotel somewhat warm and comfortable. The hotel staff, what little I spent with them were all very nice and hospitable. Oh and there was no fridge in the room which would have been nice and all the lighting fixtures in the room were very neat but none of them put out enough light to really be able to see anything.

Close to airport

Average hotel. Bathroom could use some updating. Toilet needed secured to floor; continually rocked if you sat in it. Room clean and comfortable.

Ok stay this go round

I wasn't happy with our hotel stay this time. When we got into the room it was extremely hot and our beds were dirty.

We only stayed briefly but NICE

Pros: Clean, quiet, very nice staff
We were only there to sleep after a very late flight with our 2 year old. We had to leave very early the next morning. We picked up our rental car for one less thing to do in the morning only to find out we had to pay to park. The front desk attendeant told us since we were only there for literally 6 hours that we could park in the 15 min parking and not pay the fee. The next morning a different front desk attendant tried to charge us but when I explained what happened, he IMMEDIATELY and with no questions asked, remove the parking charge! The beds were very comfy and clean. The shower was hot and clean. And it was quiet! Some hotels are loud especially this close to the airport. I would consider using this hotel again for odd houred flights!

Pros: アクセス良好。レンタカー屋さんへのアクセス。
Cons: 特にありませんでした。
Location: 空港が近いです。
市内の観光のために1泊使用しましたが便利でした。 市内へは空港駅からのメトロリンクで主要な場所へ行けますので、空港付近に宿泊しても時間さえあればそれほど困らないと思います(Busch Stadiumまで40分程度でした)。場所はターミナル2が近いですが、普通の空港ホテルと同じようにシャトルバスでの送迎が可能です。レンタカー屋さんの並びにあるので、チェックイン後にレンタカー屋さんに行く際には歩いても移動可能で便利です。
