Nice to be close to airport. Clean hotel for a good price. Chocolate butter cake was over priced!

Nice place, not much around

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and professional and the rooms were comfortable and clean. There isn't a lot to choose from as far as nearby eateries but there is a restaurant inside the hotel.

Good, but showing its age

Pros: Staff
Cons: Technology and possibly a reno needed.
Location: Airport. Good access to rental cars and airport
Helpful and friendly staff. Good facilities and typical Hilton. The room phone was not in good condition -- wake up call was an issue because the lever did not lift, and when it did, could not hear who was calling. Wi-fi in room was also an issue. Otherwise, very positive experience, clean and what would be expected from a Hilton.

Great location close to highway very convenient and had a great nights sleep.... Will definitely be back to visit

Nice hotel, convenient shuttle service to airport

Hotel lobby wasn't much to look at, but room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet with multiple cable channels to watch on a widescreen TV and free morning coffee or tea in the room.

Nice Hotel and close to the St Louis Airport.

Pros: Location
Cons: Free Parking for Guests
It is very close to Airport and Hertz rental car facility. Free shuttle to Airport. Room is very clean and front desk staffs are very friendly. Parking fee of $12 each day is little expensive for guests. Other than that, best hotel to stay.

A Horrible Hotel Stay!

Pros: Leaving and checking out of the hotel!
Cons: A total renovation would be a good place to start. I had repeatedly asked to speak to the general manager without success.
Location: It's very close to the airport and freeways.
My rooms were changed (4) times during my 2 night stay. Room 727 was right next to/within ear shot of the main elevator bank. The elevators were too noisy and I'd requested a room change. Room 443 toilet handle was broken and the toilet would not flush. Room 744 had a linen stain (possible dried bodily fluid). I had contacted the front desk. They sent an employee named Andre. Andre had arrived with linen and blankets but said he couldn't change the sheets. He'd contacted a housekeeper over the radio. Also Room 727 electronic door lock was not working. I had notice it Saturday morning. It was probably unsecure Friday night also. Maintenance had unsuccessfully tried for 2 hours to fix the door. I was required to move to Room 732. I had checked out on 02/21/16. I had told the front desk of my displeasure of my hotel stay. I was told since I prepaid the hotel/parking, there was nothing they could do. In fact, I'd been charged for parking again! I feel that I was not treated fairly.

Had higher expectations

For the Hilton, I thought they would cater to the guests a little more. I've had full breakfast and friendlier service at Quinta hotels that outdone this Hilton. Sorry but we probably won't be back.

Just ok...

For the price we paid for the one night we stayed, I don't think it was worth it. The room was just ok, nothing spectacular. The food was just ok, average at best. I did drop some makeup under my sink and had to go under it to retrieve it and it was covered in filth!
