Staff had a attitude at check in and when you'd ask them a question since we weren't familiar with the area they had an attitude. Room service cleaned room with out permission and threw away hundreds of dollars worth piercings and one week later still haven't heard from anyone. My son is four and got bit up from bed bugs and he couldn't sleep through out the night with out itching all night.

I do not show any record of a bed bug report or any complaints for the room you stayed in, but we will reach out to our vendor to have that room thoroughly inspected. Nice hotel but parking charge was misleading.

Pros: Everything except parking charge.
Cons: Don't charge for parking in undated area.
Location: Not much to do in the impoverished neighborhood around.
Attendant told me parking in gated area is $12. I did not want to pay for this after an already high hotel bill. So I parked in an undated area. At checkout, the attendant charged me $12 and stated that parking anywhere on the hotel grounds is $12 (e.g. Gated AND unrated. This was not clarified clearly to my at check in. Could you refund this charge please?

Dear Howard, thanks again for staying with us. I do apologize if there was confusion about parking. The only "ungated" area is 15 minute parking for guest to use during check-in and overnight parking is not allowed in those areas. I'm happy to see that you were pleased with all other aspects of your stay.

Hilton has gone downhill

We were in our room when a couple walked in because they assigned same room to someone else. Also there were pubes on the toilet seat and the air conditioner was horrible.

Beds are old and uncomfortable

Nice to be close to airport. Clean hotel for a good price. Chocolate butter cake was over priced!

Not worth it

We arrived to our room with two queen beds. Our mattresses were completely warn-out. When my wife and I laid on the bed, we immediately rolled into one another...not my idea of getting romantic. Our backs were terribly sore from trying to sleep on this nasty mattress. We complained to the staff, and were promptly relocated to a room with a King bed and pull-out sofa. The mattress was MUCH better, BUT we soon discovered that the room was infested with hundreds of ants that were getting into the bed, our clothes, and even my son's computer. My wife complained, but the facility staff had no way of treating the ant infestation...not even a can of Raid! So we were promptly moved back to a double-queen room with barely adequate mattresses. We stayed for three days, and had to be moved to three different rooms, none of the rooms were satisfactory. For our trouble, the hotel staff gave us three breakfast passes. I have traveled much with my family since my son is a Chess Master, and due to my business. This is the first time I have ever written this kind of review.

I do know that our General Manager was in contact with your wife as well and refunded the points you used for the third night in addition to the breakfast coupons. We have also followed up with our service provider to take care of the ants and our maintenance team to repair the bed frame, which was causing the bed to sag in the middle. Nice place, not much around

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and professional and the rooms were comfortable and clean. There isn't a lot to choose from as far as nearby eateries but there is a restaurant inside the hotel.
