Stayed here for work. Was adjacent to the facility I was working at as well as many easy and affordable food options. Didn't drive more than 4 miles the whole week I was there.

I like that it is close to the main freeways and that all of the rooms have been updated. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for 2 nights. I have stayed here before, but they have renovated this hotel since my last stay. The hotel lobby and room were clean and in order. Also, everything was in good working order.

Trip to St Louis
Place was nice and clean at a decent price. It also has a decent continental break for guests. Great place if your traveling!!!

The adjustable shower chair had mold on it. Clorox could simply fix that issue. Also, every morning there was a new insect looking at me, when I use the bathroom.

I was charged a $50.00 amenities fee which th desk clerk said was non-refundable. I was originally given a room that was not cleaned and had to return to the desk to get another room. New room was in disrepair. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice quiet hotel.
Everything was good and I would stay there again. It met my needs, the breakfast was good, especially the hot cinnamon rolls. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Louder than usual.. No hot water unless you ran the water for 30 minutes or better, Manager said because they just changed tanks, but regardless for 3 days straight.

Shower had no hot water at all. Room only had one full sized towel. Sheets had pubic hair all over them. Elevator took 45 seconds to go from 1st to 3rd floor. The head manager was very polite, very apologetic, and refunded my money without any issue whatsoever. But that doesn’t make up for the filth, pubic hair, and lack of hot water.

Undergoing renovations that seem to be done half heartedly. Lots of broken ceiling tiles, locks that don’t work, and doors that don’t shut without force. The room was very humid, resulting in damp bedding and towels. Was ok for one night but will not stay here again.

Less than expected
The check in went fine. Unfriendly associate that didn’t even acknowledged I was standing there needing bedding for the sofa bed. I waited for 10-15 minutes while he had a conversation with another customer. Fine, I’ll wait my turn but at least let me know you’re aware I’m waiting. He gave me a side glance like I was in inconveniencing him. He then gave me just a comforter and no sheets. I said thank you and he did not respond. No hot or even warm water for showers. Stains on the bedding.

Nice property except there was no hot water for showers in the morning. Also we had to have the front desk let us into our room twice because the card reader in the door was faulty and had to be reprogrammed (they said).

The water in the shower took over half an hour to get hot. The TV didn’t work properly so we weren’t able to use it. The room was very clean. Overall just disappointing, especially for the price.
