Checking in was a breeze. evening clerk gave us directions to a restaurant where the food was excellent. Room was very clean and the beds were firm but not super hard. At the front desk was a bag for breakfast for travelers leaving prior to 6:30.

Pros: Clean and inviting room.
Location: Near restaurants.
Very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Brittany hotel is nicely located

Very nice hotel! Room was nice size an very clean! Hotel staff was very nice! Nice hot shower! Location is great for in between the zoo an Grants farm! Very quiet an safe! I will stay there again in a future visit!

While my experience with Expedia was terrible, this hotel did everything they could to make our stay satisfactory.

Hotel was great, parking wasn't...

Hotel was the usual Holiday Inn Express quality. Room was clean and bed comfortable. What ended up making a less than enjoyable experience was the fact that on the day I checked in, that night they roped off over half their parking spaces for resurfacing. This location is already a little tight on parking spaces when they have a high occupancy. When they took away more than half their parking spaces, it didn't leave many places to park. Because of an event I was attending, I returned late all nights of my stay and had to park at the church next door and walk back to the hotel. If the hotel was going to go forward with booking all their rooms, they should have arranged for less spaces to be lost each day. This did take away from the usual trouble free stays I have with Holiday Inn Express hotels.

Hi William. I apologize for the parking issue. We tried to notify all of our guests in advance but there was no getting around it so we arranged for parking next door. Come see us again, there is plenty of parking.

GREAT LOCATION..DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND

FREE WIFI. I REQUESTED CONNECTING ROOMS WHEN I BOOKED, BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE ADJOINING ROOMS IN THIS HOTEL. WE HAD 'DO NOT DISTURB' SIGN ON DOOR AND HOUSEKEEPING STILL CAME IN AND CLEANED THE ROOM. THE POOL WAS SMALL, 4 FT MAXIMUM AND GREAT FOR MY YOUNG SWIMMERS!
