It was a nice average hotel. The airport is across the free way but the area is dead and poor looking. Looked like an older abandon hotel building right before it and next to it a build with ripped up pavement.

My connection flight was delayed due to weather and I needed a last minute hotel. They were able to pick me up with the shuttle which was very convenient. The restaurant was closing however they still accommodated us with a smile. Would stay here again.

Great Service, but...
Service was great for the most part. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom slightly covered with what looked liked mesh of some. There was something that looked like it fell from the ceiling in the sink. Lastly, while I was trying to reach my glasses that fell behind the bed, I pulled out a bag of what seemed to be sanitary wipes and a bitten Reese's Peanutbutter cup. I had chocolate all over my hand.

I did not like that I had a dead fly on the floor of my bathroom on top of that the temp the had old food dried up on it . Also my toilet paper was over half used when I got there am I not supposed to have a fresh one ? . Night stand was a little dirty still . I come to this hotel often but this time was a bad room experience for me .

Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was out of complimentary water bottles. Had breakfast at the hotel. That was very disappointing. I actually returned the pancakes they were so bad. The poor server was having to deal with menu shortages, poor quality food, and very few dining customers. We found out why people don’t eat at the hotel.

Only negative thing I could say is that there are no refrigerators in the rooms. After a full day in airports or in the air it would have been nice to keep my 6-pack cool a little longer.

This is a beautiful, newer property! Very comfortable beds, super soft pillows and beautiful room decor. The location is not ideal if you don’t have transportation. There’s just not a lot around. We will definitely stay here again!
