The parking structure had been torn down, forcing me to park on the unmonitored street. Due to construction, street parking was very limited. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana smoke. When I tried to order a dessert and a drink at the restaurant, I was told that they hadn't served these menu items in years (despite still being on the menu given to me). 4 day night..no maid service. I was told that if I had needed towels, I should have come down to get them.

Hotel was fine. Since parking is limited, we wanted to find convenient dining. There wasn't much within walking distance and open after 7.

Overall, the hotel was a pleasant stay; however, there was so much noise throughout the night. Our room was near the elevator, and it is very apparent that they need serviced/replaced. I felt slightly unsafe due to our door having issues closing. With some updates, the hotel would be excellent.

What is a good stay family used to like staying there the last time we are in town and use your facilities parking then cost me $10. I don’t remember breakfast being so expensive and overall the hotel just ready for some revamp. I mean our room had a big chunk taken out of the bathroom sink there was trim missing in the bathroom, which left things sharp for little kids to be in there service and people were fabulous

Online the amenities showed free parking, and breakfast included with the room. Checked in and was told to park across the street and had to pay for it. In the morning i ate breakfast and was charged for that also. They need to say you have to pay for parking and breakfast in the amenities section.

We were in a room that was adjacent to the laundry room and pool. It was very loud. We could not open our curtains as people from the pool are could see in our room. So it was like having a room w no windows. Staff was nice. Location was good.

Light by the head board was broken in the room just dangling , tv screen was broken still worked but you could see the led lights through the picture. Ice machines did not work on the first 2 floors. No ac in the restaurant. Room had a smell to it I had to buy air freshener. Staff was nice and pleasant. Property needs some up keep

Expectations Way Too High
Hadn’t stayed in a Holiday Inn in a long time. Service wasn’t great. Cleanliness was pretty poor. Fitness center had great pictures on the site, but did not match at all in reality. Employees seemed disinterested. I guess I expected more from a reputable chain.

It was horrible and i would like my money back. It was my daughter's sweet 16 and ahe sad this hotel ruined it. There were bugs in the room. The room did not have a shower Curtain in it. The fridge didnt get cold. Man it was horrible. I will never stay here again. I want a full refund for the roaches.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment. The staff was friendly and courteous, especially Antoinette and Mr. Charles. Antoinette was always professional and made extra time to make us feel like family. I will stay there again!

Horrible experience
We showed up to the hotel at check-in time, and there were literally over 100 people standing in line to get checked in…. Staff said that the rooms were not clean yet.. We were going to a concert, and needed our room to get cleaned up and changed.. We never got to check in until after the concert.. My fiancé had to get ready in the public bathroom, by the lobby…. It was very irritating that i paid so much for a hotel room, and we couldn’t even check in before the concert…. Kind of ridiculous

They were not prepared for check in for the Morgan Wallen concert .. we waited in line for 2 hours to check in .. they had 2-3 people working.. this was 4 when we got there .. girl checking me in was sooooooo rude .. told me the rooms weren’t ready and there MAY be one for us after the concert .. I said May ?? I had this reservation for 3 months .. she then looked the other direction & wouldn’t look or talk to me .. yes it upset me .. not to sound you know bad but she wasn’t the MW kind so she was over us all .. now to bartender at the bar there .. he was fantastic and let me say we were feeling very well by the time we got through the line .. the room was fine .. not sure they even changed the sheets but I was so tired I didn’t even care .. but hotel was nice

Be ready to go!
Recommend being ready to go your concert or game before arriving. As like everywhere, there no staff. It was mass chaos as everyone arrived early and on time for the 3 pm check in, but the housekeeping staff can only work so fast. Be kind. Beds comfy. Room.was well air conditioned.

Checkin was terrible. We arrived to a huge line waiting an hour after checkin was available. Was told at desk rooms were not ready. Took our number and never called. Checked in at midnight and hotel overbooked so we got a king bed. Hotel is nice, desk staff so-so and breakfast room staff awesome.

The property was not equipped for the concert. They did not have rooms ready until after check in time. The lines were out the door so I had to wait until after the concert to check in, which was 12am. All of their vending machines were empty, the “market” area was near empty. There wasn’t a bottle of water even in the entire building. Tons of people were complaining about the hotel double booking rooms. One person was in the room getting ready and other guests walked into their room because they had double booked that room. The staff was tired and worn out when it was all said and done. This was a management problem and I feel bad that the workers had to deal with it.
