non smoking room not

Room was supposed to be non smoking. Smelled awful like a bad coverup spray that brought out more smoke smell.

Nice hotel but has very thin walls.

Pros: The hotel was close to the concert, clean and the staff was friendly.
Cons: Thicker walls.....more insulation to buffer some of the sound from the other rooms.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel is very nice, staff is very friendly, very clean hotel. The only problem I had with this hotel was the thin walls. We were part of an adjoining room. The first night, the couple in the room next to us decided to blare music and smoke weed, it came right into our room. I called security, they stopped the loud music, than they called the cops and nothing was done about it. I had to sleep with a blanket over my head. The second night there were a group of loud girls in the room, so I had to call security again. We could hear and smell anything and everything that was going on in the room next to us.

kind of like a little vegas!!!

Pros: slots, food and shuttle
Cons: nothing for families
stayed here before an early am flight from st.louis andwaspleasantly surprised.Wonderful buffet,generous slots and comfy bed.And free shuttle to the airport!!

Date night fun!

My partner and I like to do random things for a date night, and lately we've been on a kick of staying a night at a casino hotel. We enjoyed the buffet, and even if you're not a buffet person, there's plenty of other dining options available. The casino itself is quite large, and there's plenty of games to choose from. The only thing I'd suggest is for them to landscape more around the parking lot/surrounding area since half the rooms face that way. Otherwise it was a great place to escape life for a little bit.

It's far from Saint Lowise dawn town

Was terrible! I will never recommend this hotel to my friends! And the front desk were not smiling and helpful!

In general, hotel was at a casino. Nothing special, nothing terrible, it was a hotel.

Could be much better - Nice poorly staffed hotel

Pros: Casino staff are top notch best at St. Louis area one I've encountered. Appearance is nice, they need to invest more in their people.
Cons: Back to the consturction for character limits, its not prominently on the website and I booked through Expedia. I checked elevator not there either.

Hotel meets minimum acceptable standards but I would hesitate to stay there again. Other than to provide easy access to the Casino next door this hotel falls short in many levels. The rooms are nice but it has failures of process and people for business travel. For that reason I dont think I could recommend staying there if you are in St. Louis for business (I was). IF you want to stay and just go to the Casino knock yourself out the defects are not something you would notice if you are out late and partying. The front check in staff are really poorly trained and monitored. There is no explanation of key hotel features , the key's are not swipe but RF tagged and there is no mention of that when you check in; I had to ask one of the cleaning staff to explain it real quick. The cleaning staff are obviously under-resourced as well, my room didn't get done till 5:30 etc. Also and this is a big also: The Sunset Tower is under renovation and I was lied to. 9 AM a pneumatic Drill goes off in the room directly next to mine while I'm on a conference call, total waste of my time. I go down to the front desk and ask after wasted conference call time and they tell me the Tower is under renovations, don't apologize for the disruption which most travelers at least want the obligatory sorry I interrupted a call across 4 states, I don't I just. She tells me its promptly posted on their website that its under construction and that signs are posted by the elevators explaining that.

Ruined by Construction Noise

Construction with hammer drills starts at 7AM no matter if you are sleeping or not .... horrible stay
