Hotel was under construction of remodel

Pros: Close to where we needed o be.
Hotel was under construction of a remodel and was very dirty inside and out. The room we stayed in had been remodeled but was still dirty from the remodel. There was dust and dirt in the corners and there was still some areas that had not been finished . I was very disappointed that I did not know they were under construction when booking this hotel. The only good thing about our stay was that the bed was comfortable and it was close to where we needed to be . Very disappointing stay!

I was charged twice for one of my rooms and still haven't received a refund.

No Sleep!

Pros: The staff is GREAT!!
Cons: Hire another remodeling company that takes pride in their finished products!
Did not get sleep, guest above heavily paced on squeaking floor, heavy handed with furniture & luggage. Although staff addressed the issue, guest above continued with disturbances. Remodeling of bathroom(s) failed in detailing and lacked in professional aesthetics. Entry floor had dusty boot prints.

Terrible place

Terrible, no shower water, phone had no cord just set there for no reason n fridge broken. Place smelled badly. I left.

Day manager could have been more pleasant and hotel under remodel. Would have been nice to know up front. Otherwise it was a good one night stay, convenient to the airport.

Avoid this hotel!!!

1. They changed their park & fly policy and it was not mentioned until we arrived. Not sure whether it was the Hotels.com or it was the hotel itself that kept that hidden, but the only reason we reserved this hotel was so we wouldn't have to park in a lot, but alas we were forced to do so anyway. 2. Wi-Fi was down and that was not mentioned until I tried to connect and asked the front desk if they were having issues. 3. The hallway and elevator reeked of cigarette smoke. We were relieved to find that our room was livable at the very least. We will definitely avoid staying here in the future and so should others.

Dear guest, Thank you for your feed back. and the park and sleepy was getting a little out of control so we had to set up a website to keep track of all the cars on our lot, Also with our renovation the wifi has been a little spotting and I do apologize for that. but here soon our location will have all of our little kinks worked out and it will be a more improved hotel for you to come and enjoy your stay. Dirty as a whole

This hotel was quite dirty my room rug was dirty the elevator was dirty this is just a dirty hotel wouldn't recommend staying there
