Nice clean hotel. Very convenient location

Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Selection at included breakfast was a bit thin. Mainly carbs.

The hotel offers a daily hot breakfast which includes eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, waffles, muffins, breakfast breads/pastries, cereal/oatmeal, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. We are always looking into improve our breakfast so I will pass along to the appropriate person your feedback to look into alternate options.

Just bad!

1) Hostess couldn't look away from her candy bar at check in. 2) boogers on the room walls 3) huge water stain/ moldy odor in room. 4) garbage piled up outside side entrance. 5) very bad digital cable, tiled like 2009 6) toilet wouldn't flush. Should have slept in my car.

We are very sorry to hear of your negative experience while staying with us. We appreciate your critique, as we are continuously striving to improve our guest's experience. It is only through your feedback that improvements are considered and made. Some of the issues have already been addressed like the garbage being left on the side of the building. Charter Spectrum is the cable provider for the hotel and they have recently made some upgrades to both the lines coming into the hotel as well as the cable itself. We have not had anyone mention the cable going out or being bad recently. We have also spoken with the front desk about not eating at the front desk. I would like to find out what room you were in so my maintenance staff can clean up the wall, shampoo the carpet and fix the toilet. We do apologize for the short comings of the hotel and our hope is that you will give us a chance to better serve you in the future.

Pros: Dogs stay for free
Cons: Parking
Puppies stay for free! Room was clean. Bed was comfy, real blanket instead of the usual hotel thin things. Staff was nice.

Nice hotel near hollywood casino ampitheater

Room was very large , bed was comfy. All staff we interacted with were super friendly. The tile floor near the entrance to the room felt a bit sticky when walked on like it needed mopped but overall great stay. I would stay here again

Beat up and noisy

air conditioner was REALLY loud - kept waking me up. Pool room was unbearably hot, breakfast looked like an afterthought.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the hotel. We are currently in the process of making improvements on the breakfast. We do our best to make sure that the indoor pool is at the right temperature, with April being a month where there were days it was in the 80's and then dropped to the 40's, it may have taken a little bit to cool down.

Cons: we waited about 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in
room was very dirty and bathroom was needing more cleaning and toilet seat extremely loose

Great hotel in a convenient location to shopping.

Pros: The staff and room were excellent.
Cons: The only complaint was the pool being a bit on the cold side.
The staff were wonderful to interact with. Me and my four young children arrived and were met by two of the BEST front desk attendants ever! They interacted with me and my children making our check-in experience fun and speedy. Thank you also for the wonderful, clean and updated room. Also, I left some items behind and when I called about them the front desk already had them and were ready to send them to us.

Thank your for your feedback about the front desk staff! I will definitely share the feedback with them and encourage them to continue on this path. I do apologize about the water temperature in the indoor pool. The pool doesn't get used too often and with summer around the corner, we want to make sure that the water temperature is pleasant. We have since turned up the heat on it.

My room was not clean, hair in the bath and watermarks on the tables. The crib wasn't clean as well.....

Beautiful lobby area, very clean hotel. Had to wait several minutes to check in, but the woman at the desk was very sweet. We got up to our room, which was very comfortable and clean, no nasty smells. Our only complaint was that the pool was FREEZING cold. Definitely wasn't heated at all! The pool and the good reviews of the hotel was the #1 reason we chose this place, so I was really disappointed about that. 2/3 of my kids played in the pool for a bit, but it was just way too cold. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, and the standard hotel buffet selections. Overall, we'd stay again and recommend it to others!
