The room was comfortable. Breakfast selection was good and area clean. Service desk staff were polite and helpful. 1 thing I didnt like, the elevator had an email posted from over a year ago about an appointment to be get state certificates but no actual up to date service certificate.

The hotel was quiet. The room was nice. I did not give a 5 because the kitchen sink and food disposal were clogged and I told the person at the front desk, but no one came to fix it.
